I had accidentally left some belongings at another hotel, and Melody went above and beyond to help me. She contacted the other hotel, coordinated everything, and made sure my belongings were picked up and delivered directly to my room. Truly an incredible hotel and an exceptional level of service....

"Nice hotel with great views of Linyi. You can tell it use to be a 4 Star or higher hotel but it has aged and some of the upkeep is lacking. Refrigerator did not work and some lower quality details in the bathroom make it a 3 star hotel. The staff was great and I would stay there again. They don't speak English very well but my daughter speaks Mandarin so it worked out for us. Definently recommend. "
