The ground floor welcomes you with a spacious and bright living and dining room furnished in a comfortable and modern style, offering direct access to a large terrace. Also on this level, you will find 1 bedroom featuring a double bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, as well as an open-plan kitchen and a shower room with WC. The upper floor hosts the remaining 2 bedrooms: one is equipped with a double bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length and opens onto a balcony, while the other features 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, also with access to a balcony. A second shower room with WC and a sauna are also located on the upper floor. Throughout the property, the furnishings are modern and carefully appointed, and the layout is well-suited for families. From the property, you will enjoy a very beautiful view of the lake.
