「This was listed as an “apartment” when in reality it was Motel 6. I had to prepay to be able to book this non-refundable listing rated 10/10. When my family and I arrived, I was told that I couldn’t stay there and that I was on a “Do Not Rent List”. They either couldn’t or wouldn’t give me the information to call and investigate this issue (I have never stayed at a Motel 6 before). Finally, I got in touch with customer service who informed me that I was NOT on the list and to return to the...

「The host notified at the last minute that I won't be able to stay at the property as he had booked out to another guest. Very unprofessional and a source of great pain while travelling. I would not recommend this place and may likely be a scam. Of note, I checked twice the day before as the host kept on delaying to provide check in information. 」

「The house was very clean and it was great to have all the video games to play. The pool was great as was the hot tub and very clean. We wanted to go in the pool in the evening but the light was burned out, they came by the next day and installed a solar one with a remote which they glued onto a huge wooden slat of a blind, which I thought was funny. My issue was the outdoor furniture really needs to be replaced! First off there are 2 lounge chairs just laying around which can not be used so...

「DO NOT BOOK THIS HOME! It looks nothing like the pictures. It is a guest’s worst nightmare!!! Fifthly walls, bedding, floors, countertops, couches, bathroom, and infested with bugs!!! My kids feet were completely black, full of dirt and grime after walking barefoot. When I called Vbro to complain and to send 20+ pictures and videos of what we were seeing after only being in the home for 2 hours, they said that they had to give the host time to make it right. After speaking to the host myself and...

「Great location lots of options for restaurants, shopping and easy access to major highways. Quiet building and neighborhood. Only issues I would note there is a lot of old water damage in the unit. We stayed for about a month and it snowed for a few days. We had to purchase a space heater to keep the downstairs a comfortable temperature due to lack of windows and doors being sealed properly. That being said this type of weather is not typical for the area. 」
