"Room was good, the staff was lovely. The restaurant had challenges, waited close to an hour for our food and it was extremely basic for the cost and wait. We borrowed skis but had zero instruction on how to even get them on. A child from another family was injured on the skis so I think to offer a little instruction for first-timers would be very helpful. The skating and tubing were both highlights, as was the sleigh ride. Kids enjoyed the pool and games rooms. "
