Our anniversary stay at this rustic cabin in Heber Springs was exactly what we were hoping for. The experience started off strong because the check in process required no talking to anyone. We simply confirmed our arrival through text and received the access code and all the important details by email. Everything was smooth and effortless.
The cabin itself was truly rustic and charming. It was quiet in the most perfect way. The surrounding area had very little activity and that created a peaceful atmosphere that we really appreciated. I loved having my morning coffee on the nearly fully wrapped around porch and took advantage of the grill several times. We also spent time down on the dock along the Little Red River watching boats go by and listening to the wildlife.
There are several nice restaurants close by and I even found a few great places to look for antiques. The entire trip was incredibly relaxing and we ended up adding an extra day because we enjoyed it so much and the cabin was still available.
Highly recommend for anyone wanting a peaceful, no stress getaway.
