This stylish residence is located in the center of Salt Lake City and is ideal for families, friends, and groups with its five bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. It's just a 20-minute drive to the slopes for skiing and snowboarding, and only five minutes away from downtown and ten minutes from SLC Airport. The kids can have a whole bedroom to themselves with two full bunk beds, and there are also two Smart TVs for ultimate relaxation. Situated in the trendy neighborhood of Sugarhouse, this home is surrounded by a plethora of dining and shopping options. You'll enjoy fast Wi-Fi, outdoor entertainment, and plenty of natural light

Great property in a convenient location. It had all of the amenities and supplies we needed and plenty of space for our whole party. I especially appreciated having two separate living areas. The host was very communicative, helpful, and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

Property is in a great location. Communication with host was good. The house furnace did not work properly which was a problem given that it was a cold weekend. In general, the house was clean, however, overhead bathroom vents had not been cleaned for extended time. Host was responsive to the issues.

We cameTo town for a family reunion and this house was perfect for 10 of us, loves the downstairs aspect for the kids to have their own tv room while the adults played cards upstairs in the kitchen, house fully stocked with pans, utensils and spices for cooking. The location was perfect, close to liberty park and downtown.

Excellent property!

We had six adults for a family vacation and had a lovely time at this property. The host was extremely responsive and helpful and we appreciated that the home had essentials in case you forgot something and some condiments and spices for cooking. The home was spacious and in a great location. The beds were also so comfortable and so were the couches. The neighborhood was quiet and within walking distance to Liberty Park. We would stay here again and highly recommend! Clean, comfortable and spacious.

Great stay!

Check-in was easy and the home was perfect for our stay. Great location, very clean, comfortable beds and plenty of space for a family. I threw a surprise birthday party for my husband, and it worked well for our needs. The house also comes stocked with all the basics. Peter was very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location and a comfortable home

Peters house was just as advertised. A great central location that is very clean and comfortable. We had 9 people in our group and had more than enough room. Beds were comfortable and both living rooms had comfortable couches and nice big screen TV’s. Kitchen was also well equipped. Would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the SLC area.
