He Puna Taimoana Hot Pools

Overall, it was a pleasant stay. However, it needs to be clearer that the lower-priced options have a shared bathroom (the pictures of the bathroom should not be included in the room pictures). We were able to upgrade rooms, and it was much nicer. Be mindful that there isn't usually a person at reception and if you want to get in contact, you need a New Zealand based number.

No daily clean ,but all ok

it was very simple and straightforward. a short walk from the airport and a simple kiosk for checking in if you booked ahead. checkout was the same. the room and bathroom weren't very nice but it was the most budget accomadation in the area so that makes sense.
