"This place has really gone done hill over the years, rooms not cleaned properly ice maker broke stove not working screen busted list goes on wasn’t very happy with my last stay and I’ve stayed here many many times on the past"

"I was actually surprised to find a kitchen in my room, though I didn’t use it. The fridge worked but it was a bit loud. The bathroom was clean and the hot water was immediate and had good pressure. What I really enjoyed was the peace and quiet. I stayed in Hampton that night for a race which conveniently was about 5 mins away. Anyway, the window view of my room was the lake, unlike previous hotels where my room faced a busy parking lot or street. I absolutely loved it. I don’t usually sleep well before a race and having a peaceful setting like that really helped. I didn’t have a chance to check the other amenities like the fitness or laundry room but it looked relatively clean and organized. The location was also convenient to restaurants and retail shops too. That was a big plus as I found a nice sushi restaurant with a very short drive. Next time for the race (or any race in the area), I know where I’ll be staying. "

"We had a spacious, clean room with a large window. The pool was clean and warm (enough) with plenty of fresh towels. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of! The breakfast buffet was tasty, too, and we were thrilled it opened early on weekends."

"Room was clean although it needed some updating. There was an enough wear and tear to justify a renovation. Families should be encouraged to keep their kids with them and supervise. We had kids banging on our door and running away as a joke late at night and security wasn’t effective at all. Staff was very responsive to any of our requests and were pleasant. We enjoyed laser tag but felt very rushed afterwards and couldn’t even get a picture together. Overall, we had a great time and would come back!"
