- Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Lakefront with a dock, a fire pit in a private park setting. 2 bedrooms one bath, great room, laundry, large closets - 1600 sq ft. Prefer adventure? Silverwood Adventure, Triple Play water park.Fishing, water sports, hiking, golf courses within walking distance, ski, shopping, restaurants, 3 ski resorts, bike trails, horseback riding, and relaxing. Downtown Coeur d'Alene, ID 15-minute drive. Lakefront living in 83835. One level living is living large.
THE SPACE = New appliances, very private living with a view, lakefront access, firepit, and a private park for a backyard.

OTHER ITEMS TO NOTE - The balcony has great views of the lake. However, it is ~24 ft off the ground. This home is not suited to children. There may be exterior painting or summertime construction on homes below or next door. The cabin is all on one level, however there is a flight of in-door stairs to get to the one level.
