"The location and access of this property is great. There are some maintenance issues. Sink in bathroom needs unclogging, microwave doesn't work and needs replacing, and hairdryer needs replacing. "

The other reviews did have me very worried about our stay but I was very pleasantly surprised. The patio and views were just spectacular. The is no TV upstairs but we actually loved that. "Perfect accommodation for our family of 6.Stunning views of the water.Close to the beach and pubs/restaurants. Great veranda area with bbq,table/chairs to enjoy the views and have dinner/drinks/play cards etc. Would recommend this place to everyone. Only thing is steep driveway"

"Great location to hold my husbands 70th birthday with our family and plenty of room for us all to relax and enjoy the very comfortable large home. Property could use some maintenance and repairs. Cleanliness was not to my liking and needs a really good deep clean. Overall didn’t stop us from enjoying our stay."

"The main problem with the property is the bathroom, it is a large bathroom but it would be much better if the shower & bath tube was in one & devide the bathroom in two & have a small separate toilet with a tini sink .but leave the other toilet beside the bathtub combined shower "

"Lionel Gem was beautiful place to stay, very clean and tidy house. Perfect location as well being a 5 minute walk into town, and about a 10 minute walk to the sands of Wreck Beach, where I used to frequent as a little kid on family holidays 20+ years ago. Wish we could have stayed longer, but would love to book again for my next holiday."
