Michelle obviously loves her job. The motel isn’t posh, but is excellent value for money, very comfortable with speedy wifi in a quiet, picturesque location. The pelicans at the end of the street are a bonus. This is my second time here and I’ll be back.

Neat as a pin and cosy.

The room and premises were spotlessly clean and very well maintained. Staff most friendly and obliging. Very comfy bed. Kitchen in the room was excellent and made life easier as the weather was dismal.

Great motel close to the water

An overnight stay, very welcoming after the drive from Sydney. helpful advice on where to eat and what to see. Large quiet room, good value. Must be the cleanest motel room I have seen. Nice evening at the Golf Club

Large, clean & comfortable room.

On arrival the owner Michelle was very helpful explaining all the features of the area and offered a couple of suggestions on where to dine for the evening. Our room was large with a small balcony overlooking the pool. The room presented well and was exceptionally clean and inviting. The bathroom was also large giving plenty of room for two people to easily get ready at the same time. The bed was very comfortable for a good nights sleep. There is an IGA close by the Motel if needed and Tea Gardens is a short drive for additional shops.

I had to cancel this booking as our house got flooded and we could not leave the area as we needed to clean up see insurers ect. I contacted the manager and she refused to assist or give me a credit because I had made the booking online. Very disappointed with the lack of empathy.

Clean and comfortable

Accommodation was clean and comfortable although our room was not serviced while we were there.The room had a kichenette, a large bathroom and a balcony. The balcony was a handy space that we used a lot. However we were puzzled by rules concerning family groups using the BBQ area. Our visiting daughter and son in law felt most unwelcome when they joined us for a BBQ and were told they must leave by 8.30. No one else was using the area, it was raining and we certainly weren't noisy! Very offputing!

The hotel is in a good location. The room was clean on the inside. There was a huge spa bath with a shower over it that made it extremely hard to get into to have a shower and was very slippery to get out of .unsafe.Also steep stairs with a very scary rickety rail at the top. there were gaps around the entrance door frame that allowed insects to come into the room. The door rattled all night sounding like someone trying to get in as it was so loose. The balcony had cobwebs as did the pool area .the pool furniture was dirty. The man who ran the place was extremely rude to my daughter who visited us on the 2nd day as she lives close-by. The reason that i booked this hotel was so that we could be close to our daughter's house where we spend most of our time and soas my grandchildren could have a swim and maybe dinner with us there. The owner told us the children couldn't swim in the pool and that my daughter and grandchildren were not allowed in our room. There was noone in the pool the children were well behaved and quiet. For some reason he said there's only 2 ppl allowed in that room as if we would have 3 adults and 2 children in small room with 1 bed. He was unreasonable and upset my daughter and us. The children have been welcomed for a visit at many other hotels where we have stayed over the years .never come across such a nasty unreasonable person. also pretended that he was just the cleaner. Not good business especially at Christmas. Donot recommend and will not ret
