「Brittany is a great host. Communication was very good. Everything went very smoothly. I realized when we were 2 hours out from Mineola that I left some hanging clothes in the hall closet. Brittany graciously offered to mail the clothes to me. Brittany is definitely a hostess with the mostest.」

「The property is expansive and the modular home on it was cozy. The price was great considering it was a last minute booking. My grandparents live there in Quitman, and we were able to have them over for supper because of all the amenities there.」

「Location was ideal for what we needed. The property needs a detailed cleaning. The backyard still contained streamers from past guests. We found dirty pans in the cabinet when we tried to make breakfast. Lots of food crumbs and pet hair in between the couch cushions when pulled the remote out. It worked for a few nights, however, feel it is hard to justify the extra 100 pet fee for cleaning when the property wasn’t clean to begin with.」

「Quiet neighborhood and lots of space. Enjoyed sitting on multiple patios and love the treeline with lots of birds. The house was clean and nice updates to an older house with great character. We would definitely stay again.」
