**We are pet friendly, but we have a two dog maximum unless approved by host. There is a $150 pet fee for one pet, plus an additional $50 for a second pet, that will be verified in your reservation and with our exterior cameras.**

-Flexible Sleeping: Two roll-away beds are available for extra guests.
-Convenience: A half bath, a mudroom, and a one-car garage with an EV charger complete the main level.
-Outdoors: Have a cookout with the grill or just bask in the sun.

Upstairs is your private sanctuary:

-Primary Bedroom: Features a plush King bed, a large walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with two sinks and a walk-in shower.
-Second Bedroom: A cozy room with a comfortable Queen bed.
-Third Bedroom: Perfect for family or friends with two Twin beds.
-Full Bathroom: A second full bath with a bathtub and shower combination.
-Laundry Room: A full-size washer and dryer are available for your use.

We provide the following supplies:

Linens and towels
Ground coffee and filters
Hand soap, body wash, and shampoo
Toilet paper and paper towels
Cooking oil, salt, and pepper
Laundry and dish detergent

Access:

Guests will have private and exclusive access to your entire side of the duplex. This includes all bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen, living areas, and the private one-car garage.

Check-in is seamless with a secure digital lock; no keys are necessary. Your unique access code will be provided prior to your 4:00 PM check-in time, and you may check in at your convenience.

We believe in giving our guests complete privacy to enjoy their stay. While we won`t be on the property, we are always just a message or phone call away if you have any questions or need assistance during your visit.
