"No conditioner. Bathroom was making noise all night. Cracking sounds every 5-10 min. Floors were dirty. "

"The hot tub was finally fixed the day after we got there- very nice with the pool, hot tub and small beach. The sunset from the fishing pier was very nice too. Hotel overall needs some updating, but they are in the process."

"Lobby smelled of bug spray, hallways and lobby floors were not swept or vacuumed the 5 days I stayed there, the alarm clock and coffee maker where unusable as they appeared to have never been cleaned, I am pretty sure the curtains had blood on them, the breakfast was ok the first day, after that there wasn’t anything to eat, extremely loud music in surrounding rooms, no vending machines. There are big trucks that park on the road surrounding the property, this makes it difficult to exit and enter as you cannot see around them"

"Its more of a motel feel. Stayed for 2 days. Had to switch room after 15min of being there. Hair on the bed grossed me out. Reservation was non refundable otherwise I would have left. "

The cold water valve on the bath tub stopped working while we were there and the moment we noticed it (late at night) and told them they had someone scheduled for the next morning and they compensated us for the inconvenience. Close to downtown and all amenities! I will be staying here again! "

"The A/C worked but the beds, sheets, blankets, were terrible. The parking and lot felt unsafe and the staff was short and rude and bed was flipped an made wrong"
