Nordic skiing enthusiasts will appreciate the Nâves area (24 km), with its cross-country and skating trails, as well as snowshoeing routes in the heart of a majestic natural setting. In summer, Hautecour transforms into a true haven of leisure and relaxation: an art trail around the lake (fishing, volleyball, tennis, children's playgrounds), nearby climbing sites, swimming at the Bozel lake (19 km) or the Morel swimming pool (14 km). Located 6 km from Moûtiers and 2 km from the main village of Hautecour, this house enjoys a peaceful setting below the road, nestled in a natural landscape of fields and forests. You'll benefit from the immediate proximity of Moûtiers, where shops, a supermarket, and services are available year-round. An outdoor area is furnished with tables, chairs, and a gas barbecue, ideal for al fresco dining. A garage is available for storing bicycles, as well as a shared ski room for the two cottages. Private parking provides secure parking for one car.
