「We LOVED this place. The rooms were so comfortable. It felt like the bathroom floor was heated and there was a towel warmer. It was fun watching the cows, and the food was delicious. We saw Northern Lights while we were here too!」

「Our stay at the Green Geysir Cottage was wonderful. This property is relatively new, with more being built. Its one of the BEST places that we have stayed in Iceland. The cottage was clean, comfortable, private and close to many attractions. Well equipped kitchen/great room area, very nice private bedroom/bathroom set up. The property hot tub was large and well maintained. We will definitely be staying her for several nights on our next trip.」

「Very kind personal, cozy stay」

「Ironically the absolute best place we stayed in all of Iceland. Amenities like a kitchen and hot tub and just the amazing view made this extremely worthwhile. Very clean and well maintained. Staff was very friendly and responsive to my questions. Even providing suggestions. Location was perfect for the Golden Circle. So dark at night we saw the Northern lights in late August. We loved this cabin. Would definitely come again.」

「Room is small and small fridge is loud. Close to blue falls and geyser area.」

「Very beautiful place and super nice area to see northern lights」

「A wonderful guesthouse in a beautiful rural area. The couple who runs the guesthouse were both very kind and helped me enjoy my stay. I stayed in a twin room for five days and found the facilities in the house useful and clean. The view from the backyard was fantastic.」

「Just wow!!! The view and how the owners managed to build such a tiny cabin (as per the description) while using every inch of the cabin to make it useful and easy to use! Great job and we wish we stayed more than one night!」

「Photos can not capture the beautiful scenery at the villa. You are surrounded by nature and the view of the Northern Lights surrounds the area when they are dancing. Our teens, young adults, middle-aged, and senior family members were all able to enjoy the spacious layout. Travel to local sights is easy and worth it in order to be in the tranquil quiet by the lake. I highly recommend staying here. The owners are wonderful hosts.」

「Easy parking」
