Very well located to explore the Old Quarter. Staff were helpful and friendly and took quick action to resolve a very minor concern. An ideal base for a first Hanoi stay.

Many other good hotels in the area, so I don't think I will return to this hotel. Overall, the hotel is nice, in a quiet area which is close enough to the old quarter.
