"The carpeted halls were tattered and dirty and to be honest a little smelly. Not what I expected with this caliber of a hotel."

"Parking is easy and secure. Staff is amazing. Restaurant is right down stairs. Food is great! Kool hotel!"

"Fast check in. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. The breakfast was nice too!"

"The room was very clean, staff was friendly. Our bed was comfortable and the room temp was nice. The problem was the restaurant and bar was closed. We were in town and wanted a place where we could meet people and not have to drive after a full day driving. We looked forward to getting something to eat and relax. Now we had to drive somewhere to eat and drive some more. We met several people who had the same thought as us. "

"There was no hot tub as advertised. The pool water did not look clean so we did not use it. Our bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned and there was blood on the wall. The elevators are currently broken and we were not notified of that at check-in. It would have been nice to have been offered a room upgrade or comped breakfast for these inconveniences, but neither were offered."

"The property is a little run down. Their parking garage is a bit of a disaster. Spaces being taken up by old furniture. Our room looked good on the surface, but it had many bandaids if you looked close. The couch had a white stain on the cushion. The buffet breakfast did not have many choices and would not recommend. "
