"This place was amazing!!! 1st off, great neighborhood off the beaten path!! Right on the sound, amazing views, and thoroughly enjoyed watching kite surfers! The open floor plan of kitchen, dining room and living room was great for hanging out, the kitchen had everyone you would need! The hot tub was hot, the pool was refreshing! There were so many bedrooms to choose from, along with bathrooms. There were only 4 of us, but we loved having our own spaces!The village is great, we loved the little...

"The property was spotless and prepared for us, and we didn’t even have to haul our luggage upstairs, as the property is equipped with a handy dumbwaiter. The pool was lovely! The kitchen was well-equipped, and the walk to the beach was less than a block. Great times!"

"Nice home but slightly dated. There is a single bath but an extra 1/2 bath next to it. 3 bedrooms nicely laid out. Bring your own pillows if you want a good night sleep. Rooms had fans so nice for nights. Only thing lacking would be TV options. Yes, you are at the beach but there should be something better than the tiny TV for rainy days and football. The beach is only 3 houses away so very easy to carry your stuff to the beach. Overall, nice setup and location."
