「It was ok, not great. Tried to modify our dates due to the storm and even with trip insurance nothing could be done. Had to pay for an extra day bc of lack of flexibility even though upon arrival it was quite evident most rooms were available. Never met or even saw a staff member while there. Needed help with wifi and only got a text message the next day asking if we wanted them to send out maintenance. Felt like we were an inconvenience booking their rental. Would definitely look...
