"The house was good for 6 guest but had to split shower schedule for group to half in morning other in evenings. The location was perfect for all our locations we visited. Neighborhood was quaint and quiet comments about mess in neighbors yards are true but there were no issues. TV could use an upgrade but meh. My daughters comment."

"We were a family of 18 and had a great time! Houses were super convenient for our large group. Kitchens were well equipped for our needs. Comfy sheets and mattresses. Working with the management team has never been easier. Hot tubs were fun to have. Thank you Heirloom, we highly recommend."

"This property was clean an quiet and generally lovely. This particular unit does not open up to the pool but it is a quick 50 yard walk. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. The host was very responsive and gave grace for allowing some unregistered guests to visit. "

"Our family decided to do a thanksgiving reunion at the Palm Royale. We had plenty of space to lounge and Phillip was very attentive during our stay. Because we were planning on cooking there we could have really used some kitchen towels, sponges, spatulas, and bakeware. But since we weren’t sure what we would have we made sure to bring aluminum pans which worked out well. The kitchen still had plenty to prepare our feast. The game room was a hit and we really enjoyed playing pool the entire weekend. Phillip was very attentive during our stay and was there to address any concerns or questions. We had a fury friend and he was given bowls as well which was a nice touch! The sun room was my fav and it was so nice to be out there during the day. We ended up putting up the folding table and made one long table and it fit us all for dinner. Thank you Phillip for creating a welcoming space. "
