"Parking was easy, came into my room it was nice and clean. As far as my room was I believe made my connection to the internet was terrible. Making the tv broadcast lag. Other wise enjoyed the stay for the price!"

"The water heater was broken. We were not told about it before check-in and couldn't change our minds and go somewhere else. We couldn't have a shower before we checked out the next morning. Not a great experience "

"It was pretty disappointing that I couldn’t park in your establishment with my electric vehicle. I had to pay $40 for event parking."

"There was an event going on and we waited over 30 minutes for an elevator. Then we ended up having to take the stairs everytime up and fown which was 11 floors to our room. It was loud all night long. People running up and dowm the hall, yelling until atleast 1:30am. "

"We were visiting Albany for a family event. Liza and Jermaine’s home was perfect for our group. Everything was clean and tidy, the location was easy to find in a quiet location, safe neighborhood, off street parking in the driveway. House was well equipped, family friendly, our granddaughter loved playing in the back yard on the swing set. The kitchen had everything needed for basic cooking. The beds were comfortable, abundant thirsty towel in the bathroom. Their home really made our travels so easy. Wish we had been able to stay longer and if we return to Albany with a group I would love to stay again"

"Clean & cozy spot close to everything you could possibly need in Albany. It is a new property listing so there are a couple kinks being worked out still but the property owner was very attentive to making sure all needs were met. Overall was a very good experience & we would recommend staying here! We will be reaching out when we return to Albany for our future long term stays! "
