「Clean room, clean lobby, simple but functional hotel. Great for passing through!」

「Way too many issues, remote control couldn't lower the volume, front desk clerk was as helpful as he could be BUT please make sure everything works before putting customer in a room. Light between beds waa broken or bad bulb. Walls very thin neighbor had their tv on ALL NIGHT into the morning. Bed, pillows and towels were the softest. Property could definitely use a gut job & complete remodel.」

「The room is very clean, but the bed was not comfortable, it hurts my back. Every staff was very friendly and polite. The breakfast restaurant has perfect food - we loved it. We played some of casino machines, they were fine, no issues.」

「The WiFi did not work at all! Even though they give you a password we could never connect because it said “no internet”. The rooms are not clean at all. There were other peoples hairs on the toilet and around the base of the floor…DISGUSTING. The soap dispensers were not filled; we had to call and they never came: they said to text with any issues and they never returned the texts. The breakfast is nothing to stay for. They need to update the hotel.」

「The property is a little older and could benefit from a good deep cleaning of carpets and upholstery, but the bed and bathroom were clean and the staff were great. Considering the price of other accomodations in the area it's an excellent value for the money if you're just looking for a clean place to sleep.」

「The main door had a broken lock, thus non locking. The supposedly non-smoking room was super laden with cigarette smoke, and you know what smell. The drawers of the night table were dirty. The refrigerator and microwave were super dirty, with leftovers in the refrigerator. The shower curtain was very dirty likewise the bathtub. Luckily no rodents! I had a second reservation for a family member and the experience was exactly the same. I stayed for 4 nights and not even once did housekeeping...

「This was our 2nd stay and it was better than the last one. Although I hardly saw any staff our 3rd floor room was nice and clean, the bed was comfortable and everything was filled in the bathroom. The breakfast was sufficient, although nothing to get excited about. I think if the place was brightened up a bit and new carpeting and lighting installed it would be a big improvement. All in all I would consider another stay in the future.」

「Terrible !!! Dirty not clean the owner was rude and didn’t care about the conditions of the room. I asked for partial refund and was denied. Rat poop in the heaters. Dog hair in tubs dead bugs. Body fluids everywhere! Also drug dealers outside with guns. The owner still didn’t care what they were doing. Don’t go to this place it should be shut down !」

「The hotel staff was run by people from India and we did not like their attitude. When we arrived at the hotel, my husband who is a diabetic needed to use the restroom right away. The man at the front desk told him there were no bathrooms and told him to use the one at the convenient store next door. How tacky. The breakfast room was small with only two tables and not enough food to provide for the guests. We ended up going to Dunkin' Donuts and McDonalds for breakfast. There was no...

「Definitely not with the money. Garbage overspilling in front, breakfast food was disgusting, they cancelled my families room without notice. Don’t stay here」
