Cold rooms and heater/cooler barely worked, no breakfast that week, staff was hard to find and difficult to deal with from check-in throughout the stay and only one staff member spoke English, gym was hard to get into especially because staff was hard to find, cable TV did not work except for Lifetime Movie Chanel. Only things good were 1) internet was good, 2) even though everything was kind of old room was fairly clean.

The room was very door and neglected. The air conditioning not working and the heat was on. Had to shut it off. No hot water and owner refused to refund and was nasty to customers including me.

The inconsistency of each room; I stayed in 4 different rooms (1) room tv was broken (2-3) either had no towels or there's one (then if you go down to ask for more you're waiting like 20mins for someone to come to the desk and the (4) no trash cans or chair. The free continental breakfast inconsistent as well, one day there's eggs bacon sausage, next booking just eggs or just muffins, todays booking breakfast is to be determined........ The inconsistency of cleanliness is a lack there of but there is on certain floors a difference. If booking a room ask for the 2nd floor because it smells better when getting off the elevator. Be prepared to pay a $100 fee for "smoking" because they assume you smoked in the room if you're melanin skin. Whole time I'm here with my children and I don't smoke.....tried to charge me more than 100 talking about there isn't enough on the card yea of course not if you trying to be sneaky and charge more, I only put 100 on my card....she tried it lol. On the plus side the beds are softs

The rooms were in poor condition. The entire hallway smelled of food. The lobby smelled of cigarettes. The elevator buttons were corroded and/or missing. The staff was rude and unapologetic that the pool and sauna were still on the website, but had been out of order for weeks. They hung up on the Expedia worker who called to complain on our behalf.

Smoke detectors hanging off the walls the first day I did not have any bathroom towels in my room it took them over two hours to get them to me once I requested for them. It was really loud people yelling in the halls room next-door, same thing bunch of screaming and yelling. Look good in the pictures but do not recommend.

Quick and easy check-in, then downhill from there. Buttons missing in the elevator, very worn out room, TVs in the whole building had no signal for the entire stay and were so dated they had no usb port to stream from a smartphone. Toilets had to be flushed twice to empty even just paper from the bowl, cockroach spotted in the shower. Heat and A/C worked well, but lighting in the room was poor. Room key re-set daily resulting in lockouts, broken elevator buttons on the 3rd floor lobby, so took the stairs down to find an alarmed door to outside and a blocked door to the lobby with a note saying “do not open”. Had to take the stairs back to the second floor to take the elevator to the lobby every time. Very affordable, but no shampoo and no face cloths. Also, nobody answers the phone when you call the front desk. Would not recommend.

this hotel was the worst I've been in. TV didn't have cable box so no TV for my children or I ( no one offered to switch rooms, was told maintained was coming to come fix it and look at it but only housekeeping came open the door and left) The continental breakfast was a joke watered down juice and coffee and bagels with no butter or jelly out. and don't go ask for any towels blankets or silverware they will tell you after 9 am. no toilet paper in the room and blankets where stained. and staff was disrespectful with no care. they are running this hotel how they would in India.

Very run down building, room felt like it was still dirty. Strange odor present throughout the hotel. The elevator button was broken on the 3rd floor with no initiative to have it fixed anytime soon, but you are not able to use exit doors on stairwell to get to the parking lot. Multiple issues with key card access to room and being unable to get in.

Things broken down- ice machines, automatic doors, staff can’t get into computer. Charged me twice on credit card for the stay. Management totally incompetent! Dirty, smelly. Worst stay ever in my traveling experience.

The room was ok. lobby area was dirty and unkept.. one of two elevators were working and the one that was working was in need of cleaning as walls inside the elevator had grease and grime that was obviously there for sometime. Furniture inside the kitchen area is urgently in need of replacing.. the fromt desk stall were poorly dress and I had to go to the front desk every day to get my room keys unlock for some mysterious unknown reason… the standard here is very low.
