This floor includes 1 double bedroom with a hand-basin, as well as 1 additional room fitted with 1 sofabed, 1 double bed, and a hand-basin. The open kitchen on this level is fully equipped with an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a dishwasher, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. A shower and WC complete the facilities on this floor. Partly featuring sloping ceilings, the apartment is furnished in a simple yet functional style throughout.

    The upper floor mirrors a similarly practical layout, offering a living and dining room with a dining nook and access to a second balcony.
