「Room wasn’t very clean and had issues with water on our floor. Staff was coming in and out of the room to fix without asking us. Police incident taking place on arrival, which we understand the hotel has no control over but pretty off putting. Room was not ready even though key was given to us, staff was running to change bedsheets. It is a very convenient location so close to everything. Parking was not very convenient, we had to find parking on the street.」
