- Formerly Hopkins View, Seal’s Haul has been completely renovated and ready for guests. This beautifully located downstairs apartment is just feet from the water's edge. You can hear the waves at night feet from your window and smell the salt air. Wake up to lobster boats on the water and the sight of eagles flying around the shore that surrounds you. Pets are welcome here at Seal’s Haul but there is an accompanying $40.00 per night pet fee.
