"We enjoyed the atrium very much . The staff were definitely friendly and helpful and extremely professional.The hotel itself was nice and quiet and spotless. The breakfast was difficult due to my allergies so we went out to eat each of the five days."

"Staff were warm and welcoming! Rooms were large. Lots of amenities including a creamery (that’s open late), a nice gym and a delicious breakfast buffet! "

"Very clean, quiet place to stay. A short distance from shipshewana, near all kinds of restaurants. Walked across the street to eat dinner after being in the car for 3 hours. I slept through it, but there is a breakfast set up with, I think, bagels, toast,fruit, coffee in the lobby."

"We stayed 2 nights, the hot tub and pool were having some problems with chlorine levels. The pool was murky. There were no room cleaners or bed makers, clean towels, etc were not given. Never saw any housekeepers. Over the two days, never saw any. The room itself has some problems, the wall under the window and above the heating unit was cracked and crumbling, there were bathroom wall fixtures replaced and plastered, but not painted yet. Would recommend they not rent the rooms out until they are ready. "

"A fantastic place! The hotel is very cool, very clean, and very quiet and comfortable. It's well worth staying here instead of the grubbier hotels out by the interstate, and the price is the same as those. Elkhart doesn't have that much to offer, but downtown is a lot more pleasant than out by the highway."
