「Lovely area - Harlow Park. The property has a beautiful well- kept garden. The owner and staff were friendly and helpful, the atmosphere in the house was homely. Food and drink available to buy and prepare on site in the well- eqipped kitchen. Books and board games galore. 」

「There are areas that need a little TLC. The rooms ive stayed in have been immaculately clean, with fresh bedding and towels. The best complement I can give is how professional and friendly the staff are. Gemma A, Hardeep, Diptii, Roxana and Malika are amazing.」

「Check-in was fine, but the leisure facilities were a letdown. The pool was cold, the jacuzzi didn’t work, and the steam room was out of order. Lockers were unreliable and needed a £1 coin, which is odd for a card-only facility. The saunas are segregated and located in the changing rooms, which isn’t ideal for a couples stay. The male sauna also smelled strongly of urinals. We left almost immediately. At least we weren’t charged. We booked an Executive room, but it didn’t feel like one. The...

「Everything was perfect. You can save a lot of money as you can cook (actually I only mictoawve foods) at the nice dining kichen. Only the downside is a ventilation fan in the room was a bit noisy and that woke me up a few times at night. It is only a matter of lucky or unlucky to have a soring room mate or not. I had a guy unfortunatly on the day.」

「Was in the area on business. Nice, clean, decent sized room and en-suite shower room. Friendly welcoming staff. Only had breakfast in the restaurant so can’t comment on evening food but my full English breakfast was lovely. Only very minor downside is the lack of on site customer parking but I used a local car park across the road which was free overnight and reasonable rates at other times. Would come back again」

「We have been staying at The Feathers fairly frequently over the past 5 years, as it is very close to where our family live. The hotel accommodation is very basic, but adequate for our needs. On this last visit we were appalled that when returning to our room after a day out, it had not been made up or cleaned. This is not the first time this has happened.
