Well furnished. Well stocked with kitchen utensils, pots, pans and dishes. Great bed. Actually looked for bed brand label as it was so comfortable. Unable to determine bed brand. Walking distance to town and restaurants. Be prepared for long stairway up to unit and traffic noise as it is right on the main street into town.

This property was amazing! We loved the convenience of everything. The patio was just what I wanted for my daughter in laws to enjoy a relaxing and comfortable place for a kid free weekend. The condo was clean and had everything that we would need to be comfortable. And Andy was so helpful when there was an error on our behalf with the booking. The beds were comfortable and we will definitely book here again. If there was in thing that I thought was odd, it was the flooring in the house. I would bring slippers next time. They did a good job of covering most of it with throw rugs or large rugs but it’s hard on the feet. Thanks Andy for a perfect stay. We will be referring friends for sure.

This two bedroom condo was perfect for our short winter trip up to Harbor Springs. The condo is 1 block away from the picturesque and quaint downtown Harbor Springs. It was great to be able to walk to a variety of restaurants, shops, and the harbor. We were mainly in town to ski, and the condo is a 10 minute drive up to Nub's Nob (which we really enjoyed!). The condo itself is newly updated and clean. The two bedrooms have queen beds and the couch in the living room also folds down into a bed. Note that the tv does not have any streaming capabilities, so we wished we had brought a Chromecast (or something like it) to watch movies after a day on the slopes. Overall, we'd highly recommend this condo and, if we ever return to the area, we would definitely stay here again.

Spent 4 days here recently. This a very nice condo right in downtown Harbor Springs. Perfect for a couple. Everything about it was first class, and immaculate. All you need, with a wonderful balcony for morning coffee, and just relaxing. So great to walk everywhere to restaurants, coffee shops, cocktails. Lovely access to the bay, marina, and waterfront dining. Andy is a great host/manager. She was very flexible, and responsive when needed. Would definitely return.
