「The staff is excellent and very forgiving. I lost the first key and they gave me another one without making me feel bad. The room was great, warm, and snug. The staff was absolutely amazing and l would highly recommended this place for anyone visiting this area!」

「Overall cleanliness wasn't bad but the bathrooms are out of date and have tiles/drywall chipping off corners all around the tub. The real disappointing parts are renting a room at a hotel with a pool for my kids to use but they rent out the pool to the public and my family could not use the pool because there were 13 teenagers from outside the hotel who made it very uncomfortable to use one night. 「Cabin was clean, but beds weren’t so great. Mattresses were pretty hard. Also, a small table, or even a chair would have nice to put things on. All that was in the room was one small nightstand for only one of the two beds. Be aware that Hotels.com makes it look like you are booking an actual motel room, with an 11am checkout, however we were given a cabin, with instructions that cabin check was 10am. Didn’t think that was too cool 」
