"The stay was really comfortable. They only hiccup was we asked for fresh towels and trash to be emptied while we was gone and it wasn’t done when we returned "

"Horrible. For the amount we paid for the weekend we expected better. Upon arrival there was a sign the pool and hot tub were out, the side door to get in the building had no lock on it, we entered the room to find no smoke detector, a broken bathroom door and a broken dresser, no screen on the window, and stains on both of the blankets and sheets of both beds. When brought that to the clerks attention he wasn't very helpful. The next morning after calling customer service the desk clerk was trying to help us. He was trying to get the manager to call us and sent maintenance in to put in a smoke detector later in the day. I understand that the hotel was under new management and construction but informing people on that on the website that would be helpful not at checkin. Saturday we waited around the hotel room until almost 2pm waiting on a call from the manager. We wasted the day waiting so we left. Still no call all day. Sunday we went to check out at 10am and still no phone call from the manager. The desk clerk was very apologetic and said he tried numerous times to contact her. We left with no phone call, nothing from the manager. Management needs to do better."

"The room and bed was nice and comfortable, but this was definitely a budget hotel. Bathroom old and the tub did not drain. Super sketchy. People out and about in the hallway until after midnight. The hallway reeked of weed and smoke. The swipe keycard kept not working and we had to keep going to the front desk to get it fixed. We booked 2 rooms together and they couldn’t put our rooms next to each other, I would never recommend this hotel. "

"First there was electrical issues in the room we turned all the lights off and the right side lamp kept turning on and off still by the bed. The ice maker was out of service so u had to ask for ice but no one was ever at the counter. The restaurant is definitely more important. Our tv went out in our room and they did nothing just said they would talk to management but never did and never got back to us. I called after we left management said they would send us a free stay they never did. Tried calling again they never called back. They give excuses after excuses this is a horrible place to stay! I highly don’t recommend the customer service is not there!!!!! The bed was not as comfortable as I expected from reviews. It was hard. The place is cute but the parking was all muddy not paved we got stuck luckily we have 4 wheel drive or we would have been stuck. For how expensive and high end they make it seem it was very poorly maintained and ran. Awful valentines weekend. Don’t stay here! "
