Boasting 5,000 sq ft, this quirky, well-loved home features a grand library and ample space to relax. While check-in is completely contactless, help is available 24/7 and is just a phone call away! You will receive check-in instructions 5 days prior to your stay. Please don't hesitate to reach out for anything you may need.

This house is located directly in the town of Hanover, and abuts Dartmouth campus. There are plenty of local amenities within walking distance, including shops, restaurants, and parks. Outdoor enthusiasts will love our home! Famous Pine Park, on Dartmouth campus, is directly across the street and has several hiking trails. We are also minutes from Storrs Pond Recreation Center, which includes a sandy beach, disc golf course, hiking trails, and pool. Within 10 minutes of the home are several areas for hiking, including Norwich Nature Area Trails, The Appalachian Trail, Mini Brook Nature Preserve, and others. In the winter, we have many skiing opportunities near us including Dartmouth Skiway, Whaleback Mountain, and Woodstock Nordic Center. Sunapee Mountain, Okemo, and Killington are all within an hour of our home, as well.

With Hanover hosting Dartmouth College, there are tons of great restaurants and bars within minutes of the house. Some of our favorites include Sawtooth Kitchen, Duende, Murphy's on the Green, and Pine. Of course, with the pool, library, and TV room, you may just choose to spend your vacation at the house!

Guests have full access to the first and second floors, the yard, and the deck. Please note that the pool is a shared space with our two long-term tenants who live in attached units. We ask that everyone remains kind and respectful of one another while enjoying the shared outdoor amenities. While the pool area is shared, your indoor rental remains completely private with no interior access between units. The basement, greenhouse, garage, and indoor fireplaces are off-limits.



This space is a well-loved and quirky home with tons of character and close to 5,000 square feet of living and entertaining space. There are many ways to spend your time here, from exploring our large library to gathering in the various common areas.

As an older home, it has a few unique charms...
The Layout: The King master suite, the Queen suite, and the single bunk room are all accessible from the main hallway. However, please note that the room with two bunk beds is accessed through the King master suite—perfect for keeping family close!

The Sounds: You might hear the steam pipes clicking or humming in the walls; we like to think it’s just the house’s way of whispering its history to you.

The Glow: While overhead lighting is limited in some areas due to the home's age, we’ve made sure to supply plenty of lamps with the brightest, most up-to-date bulbs to keep things cozy and well-lit.

-Please be sure to inquire with the correct number of guests to see the most accurate pricing, as group size impacts pricing.
-Under no circumstances do we allow smoking or vaping in the house or around the property.
-Per the town of Hanover ordinance, outdoor noise volume should cease after 10 pm.
-The basement of the house has long term tenants. All interior spaces are completely private and locked off from one another.
-The seasonal pool is SHARED with the long-term tenants. Pool is ONLY available from Memorial Day-Labor Day.
