We had a wonderful 4-night stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always accommodating, which made us feel right at home. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with excellent shower water pressure that added to the overall convenience. Breakfast was available each morning, making it easy to enjoy a meal before heading out to explore Vietnam. It was a nice touch that added value to our stay. The location isn’t right in the middle of the shopping area, but that actually made it more relaxing — away from the chaos, noise, and crowds, which gave us a peaceful environment to unwind after a day of exploring. All in all, this hotel provided a great experience — clean rooms, attentive staff, and good amenities. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

My Stay at the Sono hotel was quite nice. Reasonably priced and in a central location it’s ideal for traveler's to the city. The staff are also upstanding I think they were the nicest and most helpful hosts I’ve experienced in any hotel I’ve ever been to. Local knowledge and great recommendations. All staff can speak fluent English too that was helpful for me speaking the one language. Very fairly priced I’d pick the Sono over the Hilton any day
