excellent service

Nice place to stay in Hanoi. Especially the lady of the reception with short hair is great. Owner Jimmy is nice as well. He organises free cookingclasses (springrolls)free beer, where you can easily make contact with other backpackers. Clean towels, free drinking water, good breakfast

日本にいる感覚を海外流にジャパナイズ

クレジットカードによる支払いが完了しているにもかかわらず、デポジットを要求された(600000ドン)。また、チェックアウト時に返金を要求すると、筆者の顔を見ながら1/10の60000ドンを渡そうとして来た。眼鏡をかけたひ弱そうな兄ちゃんだったが、こいつはやりなれている。この宿のみならずベトナム全体に言えることだが、つり銭をちょろまかしてくる。宿の件は、確信犯である。 夜中の便であるため、ホテルをチェックアウトし、荷物預かり兼シャワーを浴びるために予約。Googlemapがあれば確実に宿に着けるだろう。 1階はカフェで、飲み物を提供している(有料)。受付は4階。利用時、エレベーター故障かなんかで使えず。午後２時からのチェックインで、若干早めに部屋にあげてもらった。シャワールーム、トイレと各階３ヶ所ずつで、適当にコンクリートで固められた壁製の、趣のある造り。シャワールームは狭く、荷物はかなり高い位置に据えられた棚に置ける。アリんこや、その他生物がそのシャワールームの壁を歩いているが、気にせず浴びるが、照明が暗い。 安いから仕方ない。きれいなとこに行きたいならば、それなりに費用拠出は避けられない。ちなみに、宿の前にある店はすべて不味い。酸っぱい高菜のコムザン(COM RANG、焼飯)は日本でも食べたことはない。 以下、余談だが・・・ 運悪く、外人相手にやりなれた宿の担当者に出くわしただけかもしれないが、ノイバイ空港でも、ドル→VNDに両替する際、100ドル少ない金額を寄越してきた。しかも、ジェットスター関空→ハノイの夜中着で、疲れてるからいくら両替されたかわからんだろう、という意図があったと勘ぐる他ない。というのは、10日間の滞在でしょっちゅう出くわしたので、ちょろまかしてくる奴は多い・・・気がする。また、それがおもしろい。日本を俯瞰できるネタになった。また、行きます。

Beskidt og rodet, men billigt og god beliggenhed

Hvis man virkelig vil spare penge, er det et ok valg, men hotellet er meget beskidt og rodet. Toilet og bad er klamt og bliver ikke gjort rent særlig ofte. Personalet virker ligeglad og irriterede. Eneste plus er morgenmad, god beliggenhed og god pris.

セキュリティーが甘いが朝食は美味しい。

良かった点は、朝食込みで朝のパインミーと玉子焼とサラダに飲み物が美味しいことと、ベッドが足を伸ばせて寝ることができたこと、チェックアウトの後でも荷物を預かってもらえたこと。良くない点は、セキュリティーロッカーの鍵が無く、貴重品の保管に不安を感じたこと、Wi-Fiスポット無料とあったのにWi-Fiスポットが無いと言われたこと。利用を検討されるかたは念の為、simカードまたはポケットWi-Fiを用意された方が無難と感じたことです。あと、ドミトリールームの鍵のデジポットの説明文が掲載されていれば良かったと思います。シャワーは普通にお湯が出て、使えました。

非常差的住宿

環境髒亂 有床蟲 第一天半夜抵達住宿原本訂8人房結果每張床都有人了所以被換到四人房，剛躺沒多久就覺得很癢 打開燈看 發現好幾隻床蟲 你可以清楚有很多床蟲 反應之後又被換到另一間四人房 這是我第一次住到那麼恐怖的HOSTEL 廁所環境也很髒 非常糟糕住宿經驗

Bed bug outbreak I was lucky to not be part of

The beds were very comfy, the place was 'good enough' for my minimalistic travel type. The breakfast is amazing and fresh.. but meny meny people complained about bed bugs.. and not much seemed to be done about it. I was going to stay again and canceled cuz I can't risk Bed Bugs. Unfortunate..

침대 눅눅함. 전에 사용하던 사람 흔적이 다 남아있는 듯... 청소도 제대로 안하고 이불만 펴서 다음 사람 받는 듯 싶어요. 화장실은 무슨 호아로 수용소 화장실 이용하는 줄 알았어요 ㅠㅠ 짐 엄청 무거웠는데 올라갈때만 2층 엘리베이터 이용해야하고 내려올때는 엘리베이터 이용도 못했습니다. 그래도 가격이 이 가격이니까 이해는 하는데 청소만 좀 잘 되어있었으면..

I've stayed at 4th floor for 2 days. There is elevator but only can ride to upstairs. The shower room is so stinky and disgusting. And in front of the shower room, it's so messy. Looks no one cares ans cleans it.

It's a memorable experience staying in Hanoi. The staff of hostel are very nice and helpful. They help us to book the local tour and call the taxi to the airport in the early morning. However, the toilet and bathroom are mixed and share with other roommates.

The staff was very kind and helpful. the breakfast was tasty but the hostel cleanliness needs improvement. It's tough to keep hostels perfectly clean but they need to get a designated house keeping crew. Even for the price i was a little disappointed with the lack of cleanliness. I think was they get an actual house keeping crew this hostel will be nice.

Suddenly no free beer, okay but...

Why did I leave low score for staff. Well, I booked 4 nights in hostel under rules and terms of one free beer from 18to19h. Suddenly after 2nd day of staying, no free beer policy. I was okay but since I booked under old policy I suppose it would be far to give me free beer until my booking is completed. I was arguing with manager about that, and finally after arguing I got one. Very disappointed about that, you cannot have that kind of customer service. Also, 3rd day, they mooved me into another room. It's not only me they where mooving, it's so annoying thing, especially if you prefer to lower or upper bed bunk. Breakfast is nice, beds are comfy, private curtains big plus. Overall, don't expect anything else good

Staff is not helpful. Good location

The door of my dorm didn't close properly. Every time it made a lot of noise to close it. I asked to fix it. They said they would but didn't. It was only a matter of screwing in 3 screws. Eventually I did it myself with my pocketknife. Good location. Good breakfast.
