Highly recommend. Great location, excellent staff

Cant fault this hotel. It is in perfect location in the Old Quarter of Hanoi. 100m Walk to the lake, food and bars at your doorstep. Hotel is very clean and very comfortable. The main plus about this hotel is the staff. The staff here go above and beyond to make sure you are having a great stay, they are also very friendly and just great people to be around. Highly recommend this hotel

Great, easy hotel in the heart of the old quarter

My mother and I came to stay at Media and loved it! The room didn’t have a window which was a little disorienting at first, but I think higher floors might. Otherwise, the staff was so accommodating and kind, the location couldn’t be better and the breakfasts were delicious. We also used the spa and loved it. All around, recommend!

A wonderful hotel with perfect people running it

This is one of my favourite hotels I ever stayed in. It was a fantastic stay, the room was amazing, the location was perfect and the amenities were exactly what we needed. But what made this stay even better were the wonderful staff. Sadly I dont know all of their names but Jamie took good care of us making sure we had everything we needed and made some excellent reservations for us. She was incredibly warm and friendly and went the extra mile to make sure we were looked after. Also their driver, Gioi, is one of the nicest men in all of Vietnam. We had the pleasure of him driving us through Hanoi and he was wonderful company. But all of the staff are amazing. Each of the girls on reception, the two gents on conceriece, the lovely lady from the spa, the great team in the breakfast room and the fantastic guy in the bar. Honestly, the most wonderful people

Better options available

Right in the centre of the old quarter. If you are looking for a relaxing stay, this is not the place. Karaoke on the roof every night that is very loud in the rooms. This hotel was advertised with a pool And a dinner/lunch restaurant on the first floor, it has neither. Also had a staff member walk into my room, even with the do not disturb on.

Excellent loction in the heart of the old quarter, walkable distance to many sites and restaurants. The staff are very friendly and the rooms were clean and quiet. The only drawback was the restaurant and spa were closed due to renovations which are due to finish next week. Too late for us :-(.

We spent 10 days in Vietnam... not enough for such a beautiful country. Hanoi was our fall point. We also visited Ha Long Bay and Hoi An in the centre of the country. We booked our first two nights in Hanoi at Media Central Hanoi. We were so well received that we decided to take another night on our return from Ha Long Bay. And again, the welcome was great, so we picked up another night when we got back from Hoi An. Just before we left the country. The hotel is very well located in the old quarter of Hanoi. You have access to all nice places to visit. There is also an excellent restaurant right next to the hotel. The staff is really nice and welcoming. We felt very quickly at home. And after each excursion (Ha Long Bay and Hoi An), it felt like you were going home to the Media Central Hotel in Hanoi. A special mention for Vicky Chan and Dung Nguyen Trung at the reception. They are both bilingual and very welcoming. they gave us a lot of advice and helped us better understand the country and customs. They have customer service in their skin and are both a great asset for the hotel. Thanks also to Long who takes care of breakfasts and smoothies. Very nice. A beautiful team led by a very professional young woman. We really recommend the Media Central Hotel. Be careful, do not confuse with Hanoi Central which is another hotel.

スタッフはフレンドリーで親切でした。立地もコンビニや飲食店に囲まれていて良かったです。お部屋はデラックスツインにしましたが、多分デラックスはホテルの中で最低ランクのお部屋です。全くデラックスではなかったです。広さはまずまずですが、窓がなく湿気が溜まり、外の天気がわからなかったです。洗濯機があるような記載でしたが、なかったです。朝食は麺類4種類、卵料理が選べますが、麺類はあまり好みの味ではなかった為残したら、理由を聞かれました。なんとなく、、と答えましたが、何度も聞かれた為美味しくないと答えざるを得なかったです。

最高のホテルです。スタッフは全員フレンドリーで、とても優しかったです。気遣いが素晴らしかったです。室内は写真通りで、広くて快適でした。エアコンの作動も正常ですし、シャワーもお湯が出ます。アメニティも充実しており、バスタオル、バスローブ、歯ブラシやドライヤーなど一通り揃っています。道の交通量は多く、クラクションが鳴り響いていますが、部屋ではあまり気になりませんでした。写真をお願いしたらとても上手に撮ってくれました。朝食も美味しかったです。追加で帰りのタクシーの手配とジェルネイル、ランドリーまでお願いしました。ぼったくりの多いハノイですが、ホテルから手配してもらったものは全て安心して利用できました。また利用したいです。Jamieさん、本当にありがとうございました！
