Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
There are many hotels in Hanoi and I would seriously advise you find another one. While this is well located, the room was not clean. ( actually an understatement) The floors were so dirty we couldn’t imagine taking off our socks, the bathroom commode leaked all over the floor, the shower barely worked, the room and bath were musty and smelled of mildew. The photos show a room that was obviously not ours, as it was cheaply furnished with plastic covered chairs and sofa. The bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows felt like they were stuffed with golf balls. We left after 1 night into a 5 night reservation, only because we arrived so late we couldn’t relocate immediately. Did not get a refund but the staff did not seem surprised that we were leaving early. They do not serve breakfast despite advertising it. This is not worth the money.
