Great staff hospitality

The hotel is located in the center of the old quarter, very convenient. Breakfast is very nice with many options for vegetarian. Room is clean, and nicely decorated. Staff are helpful and supportive . They have been exceptionally helpful. Wonderful hospitality.

Excellent service and comfortable stay

Love the service from all the staff at Vacanza Premier Hotel, they were very helpful from check in till we left, especially Lucy who was very attentive to details and made our stay very smooth and enjoyable. The location is very strategic, walkable to most areas of interest and a variety of food options nearby. Room is clean and spacious, facilities well maintained. Would return here the next time.

Highly recommended !

We absolutely give this hotel a five-star rating! Its convenient location makes it easy to get around and shop. The room was immaculately clean, and the bedding was comfortable. The front desk staff was not only attractive but also attentive and they also provide laundry service, transportation to airport which was fantastic. They catered to every need. The hotel facilities were also very new, and the stay was incredibly comfortable. Highly recommended!

We were very satisfied with Vacanza Premier hotel. The location is great, everything near. Room was spacious, comfortable. Great breakfast, options for eggs cooked on the spot. Staff was the kindest and most accommodating we have ever met. Would stay here again, and would recommend!

Great place to stay.

The room was spotless clean and The breakfast was tasty. The staff were so friendly and helpful. When we needed a taxi and didn’t have the correct currency, the staff paid for our taxi. We refunded when we got back, but that was so kind. The location was less than a mile from all the great attractions. We were able to walk to most places. Truly enjoyed staying here.

Quite place to stay, although it is in the middle of the busy Old Quarter, very accessible to everything from restaurants to shopping centers. Staff are very helpful although we had a small misunderstanding when we booked our private car that picks us up and dropped off from Hanoi to Sapa and back. Hope this will be sorted out carefully, to avoid miscommunication. Towels are quite old and I think it is due for replacement. It doesn’t smell nice too.

The location, room layout and the staff is top notch. We got a King room with balcony. Even with the bustling street below, it doesn’t fell congested or noisy. The breakfast selection is limited but still adequate and they will make you omelette to order!

During my stay at Vacanza Premier Hotel, I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service and the hotel's prime location. Situated in the heart of Hanoi Old Quarter, it provided easy access to Dong Xuan markets and major attractions. The staff were incredibly attentive and went above an beyond to ensure my comfort. They assisted me in setting up the grab app, making transportation around the city seamless and helping me avoid potential taxi scams. My room was immaculate, with daily replenishment of bottle of water, tea and coffee. The breakfast offerings were diverse, featuring delicious options like beef and chicken pho. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi.

It does not matter what the thread of your bedsheets are or how bespoke the bathroom countertops are. If you don’t have hotel staff that are five-star, none of that will matter. Vacanza has superior staff and supported every element of our stay there from tours to rides from the airport to our next destination. They even arranged transportation back to Hanoi from Halong Bay to another hotel. You can’t get that type of thoughtfulness at hotels in Europe or the United States, but I got it at the Vacanza in Hanoi. The grand master of the experience was Tim who was the concierge at the front desk. I am a pretty organized guy that researches where I am going, but no one can anticipate every detail. Tim was the guy that filled in the gaps of my planning and wasn’t condescending or impolite. Absolutely helpful and wanted to make sure there were no hiccups with our experience from Ninh Bihn to the local sites. Just outstanding support.

i had an amazing 6D5N stay at hanoi vacanza premier hotel situated right in the heart of hanoi old quarter! location was superb, an easy walk to the main atttactions. the hotel staff tim and tony were warm, friendly and helpful and they make you feel at home at the hotel. i booked both my halong bay and ninh binh tour via the hotel and it saved me a lot of trouble. they will be there to make sure everything went on smoothly for me. room was clean and comfortable too. enjoyed my time and stay in hanoi. will definitely go for the same hotel the next time i am back! highly recommended!

お湯もきちんと出ますし、おしゃれで快適に過ごせました。食事などは頼んでいません。部屋も無償で広い部屋にアップグレードいただきました。その辺のお店で買ったTシャツで寝たら色落ちしてシーツを汚してしまいました。本来弁償だとは思いますが、理由を翻訳アプリで説明したところサービスしていただきました。ご迷惑おかけしましたが、全体的にとても良いサービスでした。場所が旧市街の雰囲気たっぷりでとにかくいいので便利でした。お勧めいたします。（Tシャツの色移りは気をつけましょう）
