色々なところで改装中のため建物の中に埃が多かった。風呂場のマットに完全な足跡あり。 場所は便利で、タクシーも迷わずに行ってくれました。

How much you've paid. How much you've got.

Location - good but there are a lots of hotels as option. Facilities - hot water for shower is not coherent temperature. (hot , warm , cold. as a loop). Just wonder why lobby air-con is turn to 31C and switch on fan at the same time. Outside temperature is 33C ! 咩價錢，咩質數咯～

着いた日はover bookingで他のホテルへ行かされた。マネージャーと従業員の折り合いが悪いらしく雰囲気が悪いです。WIFIがつながらないと言ったら、「すぐ従業員をよこします。」と、とうとう３日間着ませんでした。リクエストした部屋がなく、それについて理由も述べない。パスポートは時間をおいて２回も提示させられた。シャワーの水はけが悪くスリッパでのシャワーでした。今までハノイに泊って最悪でした。

괜찮은 호텔.

저렴한 가격에 깨끗하고 직원들이 친절합니다. 다만 호텔 찾기가 조금 어렵습니다. 큰 길에 로얄 펠리스 호텔 2가 있으며, 이 호텔은 그 곳에서 좀 더 들어가 골목 내 위치하며, 조용하고 좋습니다. (호텔 2 프런트에 물어보면 알려줍니다.) 호텔 입구에서 우측에 샌드위치 파는 곳이 있는데 꽤 맛있으며, 좌측으로는 괜찮은 쌀국수집과 커피숍이 있습니다.

フロントスタッフ皆さん、とても親切でフレンドリーです。 １泊目は空調機故障で提携ホテルを紹介されましたが、そこまでも一緒に案内していただき、安心して宿泊できました。また帰りの空港までの足を常に気にしていただき、本当に良い思い出になりました。

Hotellet ligger i det gamle kvarter i yderkanten. Det er et stille område. Kort afstand til alle ting. Servicen på hotellet er helt ok. Meget venlige og hjælpsomme staff, der ville os det bedste. morgenmaden fin, især kyllingsandwich. Vi boede på 7. Sal med balkon, hvilket var rigtig godt. Vi kunne rigtig godt lide at sidde ude på balkonen og nyde Hanoi. Badeværelset var helt iorden. Absolut et hotel vi vil anbefale.

Great hotel at very good price

An all-around excellent hotel, with great manager and wonderful service. I stayed here for 2 night, plus a 2D1N trip to Halong bay at very good price (with the help of Ms Jennie via email), and everything was fantastic: The room was so cozy with a comfortable king-size bed, and from the bellboy to the receptionist - everyone was friendly and professional. I'd really recommend Hanoi Royal Palace hotel if you'd like to visit Hanoi on a budget!

Very good place to stay

Value for money, excellent service from staff, Good location, very near to places of attraction. 5 to 10 minutes walk to Hoa Lo prison, Next to it is the Hanoi Towers where there is a supermarket there.

オーバーブッキング

オーバーブッキングという事で近くのホテルに連れていかれる。あまりにもレベルの低いホテルでキャンセルしたのですが当日なのでキャンセルするのに時間がかかり問題でした。
