予約していた部屋が埋まっているということで強制的にタクシーで異なるホテルへ移動させられました。
グレードが更に低い不潔な部屋でした。シャワーから冷たい水しかでなくて震えながら上がりました。移動先のホテルは当初泊まる予定だったこのホテルからも離れていて、すべてが不快でした。こんなことは初めてだったので驚いています。

저는 굉장히 맘에 들었어요. 직원 한분이 저희 끝까지 잘챙겨줬어요. 카톡으로 실시간으로 도와주며 호텔통해서 하롱베이신청했는데 한국인이 운영하는 것보다 저렴하게 다녀왔습니다. 호텔룸상태도 좋았으며 작은 편아니었어요. 참고로 비누는 챙겨가세요. 위치도 나쁘지않았어요

スタッフはみな気さくで優しく、気をきかせてくれました。周辺の観光情報なども丁寧に教えてくれて、助かりました。旧市街からは距離が少しあって、夜遊びをして帰るには少し暗く奥まったところにあるので女の人には 向かないかもしれません。朝食は美味しかったです。その場で焼いてくれる目玉焼き、シンプルですが美味しかった！！
シャワールームの排水がとても悪かったです。歯ブラシを使って自分で掃除したら排水するようになったから、もともとの排水の悪さではなく清掃に問題があると思いました。

인생 최악의 경험. 이미 돈을 내고 예약했는데 방이 없다고 다른 호텔로 안내하는건 무슨 경우인가요 ???? 심지어 안내 받은 호텔 시설도 엄청 더럽고 잠만 자기도 찝찝할 정도였어요. 너무 열받네요

후기
하노이에서 세개의 호텔에서 묵었는데 그 중 제일 저렴하고 친절했습니다. 호텔 내부도 깨끗했어요. 장점은 가격과 직원들의 친절함, 호텔의 청결도 입니다.
단점은 방음이 조금 안되고 위치가 안좋아요ㅠㅠ

One night in Hanoi
Mimi, bac and the two guys at reception were very helpful from the point of check in to checking out. They assisted with everything from adjusting my AC in the room to booking tours to Halong bay and advising the best spots for food and drinks.
I would recommend this hotel in hanoi for great value!

Quiet place in Old Quarter
Hotel staff are very friendly they are always willing to help & answer all questions. Hotel is located near the boundary of Old Quarter & French Quarter.
A mere few minutes walk to restos Pho Xia, Viet Speing rolls & Pho Truyen along Hang bac St., Cha ca Thong lang in Duong thanh St. & Bun bo nam bo at 67 Hang Dieu St...
For the price of the hotel, it is defintely very reasonable.
Hotel staff will easily book any tour you want to join, call a taxi, have ypur food delivered via Grab, just ask the hotel staff they are very willing to help their guests with any requests.

Disappointed with early check-out that one staff member charged us two breakfast. I forgot to check my records that my booking fees are inclusive of breakfast. It is not expensive, however it is a matter of principle, don't like being double dipped!

Este hotel se encuentra muy bien hubicado cerca del barrio antiguo de Hanoi. Me gustaría destacar el trato excelente de todo su staff en especial Lily Pham que nos ha ayudado en la reserva de tours y trenes a muy buen precio y nos h resuelto todas las dudas que teníamos para movernos por la ciudad.
Las habitaciones son muy cómodas, amplias y limpieza de 10. El desayuno variado y hacen tortillas al momento.
Sin duda repetiremos al volver a Hanoi porque se agradece el trato cuando estás fuera de casa.

Un servicio y atención de 10
Hemos estado varios días en este hotel y tenemos que remarcar lo bien que nos ha tratado todo su personal, en especial, Lilly Pham, que nos ha ayudado con todas nuestras dudas y nos ha facilitado la reserva de trenes y tours. La habitación era perfecta, la cama comodísima, el desayuno rico (te hacen tortilla al momento) la ubicación muy cómoda y práctica y todo lo que necesites su staff te lo facilita sin problemas.
Nos hemos sentido como en casa, si volvemos a Hanoi repetiremos con ellos porque hemos estado muy a gusto.

Great place to stay with extremely friendly staff.
Good value for money and there was many places to go around the area. It get's really dark and quite at night but it's like that everywhere in Hanoi

가끔 기차소리가 시끄럽긴하지만 전반적으로 조용하고 좋음, 직원들의 미소가 밝고 친절함,

I forgot to bring my mobile phone charger.
My plane delayed 4 hours, so by the time I arrived (around 10pm) Hanoi I couldn't buy a charger.
They didn't have the charger for my mobile phone so I was just going to buy it the day after.
Then she knocked the door and she got the charger for me.
That was so helpful and very kind of her.
Thank you for your kindness.
I'll be back when I come to Hanoi next time.
