写真と随分違うと思ったのが第一印象です。何となく薄汚れていて安宿感が漂います。 実際に安いことは安いんですが、着いた瞬間にタクシー運転手に、ここじゃないと言ったくらい。 折角の休暇なのでガッカリしました。 スタッフはフロントに常時一名いるだけで他には見かけませんでした。 朝食込みの予約だったんですが、レストランはなく近所の提携ホテルに行かねばなりません。 そこの朝食自体はまあまあでした。 安ければいい人にはお勧めかも。実際はそれ程安くないですが。

食後の散歩？
　ハノイでは、様々な種類のホテルに滞在していますが、ハノイ ロータス ブティック ホテルは、料金に比べて、快適でした。 　ただ一点、初めて経験したのは、朝食を他のホテル(徒歩1分)取ることでした。今の蒸し暑い時期には少し気になりました。レストラン・スペースは稼働時間を考えると、小さなホテルでは無駄が多いので、レストラン・シェアーは、一つの考えかと思いました。 　スタッフの対応は、非常に適切なものでした。

Nice and clean hotel, very nice staff and just off the main road to avoid the constant Hanoi traffic noise and horn beeping. Only slightly negative is breaky is in their sister hotel 40m up the road.

There are so many small hotels in old town Hanoi it's almost impossible to choose! I loved the Hanoi Lotus! I had a 7th floor balcony room which was wonderful. I know there are some interior rooms so make sure you choose what you want! The staff was helpful, friendly and always at reception. They booked airport transfers and a two day one night Halong Bay cruise which was great. The Lotus is in the middle of the old quarter which is where you want to be. It's walkable to everything that you will want to see and do and there are hundreds of little places to eat every few steps. I suggest taking a taxi to the French quarter but otherwise you can walk.

Location was great. Staff at front desk amazing and very helpful. Breakfast adequate even if in adjoining hotel. Room cleaning staff do a good job. Overall a positive experience.

Great location, awesome staff - they made us up a breakfast to go when they found out we were checking out prior to the start of their breakfast. The staff also book us an airport transfer at the same price as Grab and then helped retrieve a forgotten bag from the same taxi! The balcony was huge, wished we had more time there!

We stayed here for several days while visiting Hanoi and loved this hotel! It was centrally located and an easy walk to all major attractions. The hotel room was comfortable and clean and the daily breakfast was delicious and had a ton of food options. The staff was the true standout - everyone was so helpful and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Good location . Staff were very friendly and went the extra mile. The taxi didn’t turn up to collect us and they undercut the Grab we got on the way back. Room was a bit shabby but bed comfortable and you could hear people in the bath room next door. The breakfast is at another restaurant and was a nice addition. Good base but not luxury.

We wanted a true, authentic, old town experience where we could walk and enjoy the area. We wanted a balcony and city watch, while requiring above average standards. The hotel exceeded our expectations and then after check out, I realized I left my jacket in the closet, and the front office manager communicated with me, and went over and above to send me my jacket to Saigon. This gesture has renewed my faith in humanity! This woman demonstrated the true spirit of hospitality, professionalism, and compassion. I am so grateful for her leadership!!

A mixup over the bed selection, a single king size was provided when two twins were requested, was the only negative of the experience. The location is fantastic with easy access to major landmarks and the desk staff were helpful and spoke English well.

The shower was hard to get the temperature right and our room window looked out into the hallway and was open so it felt a little insecure. When we closed the window they opened it again. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful but in a different hotel around the corner. Overall very good value.

Le personnel de l'hotel est gentil, l'etat des chambres commence a vieillir, l'eau coule tres lente dans la douche. Coffret de securite ne fonctionne pas, le petit dejeuner est dans un autre hotel a 3 minutes de marche. Dans l'ensemble c'est un hotel de 3 etoiles et non 4.

Sehr empfehlenswert!
Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gefallen. Insbesondere das super nette und hilfsbereite Personal, welches zu jeder Zeit ansprechbar war und sich für die individuellen Pläne Zeit genommen hat. Das Zimmer war mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt und durch den großen Balkon sehr hell. Die Lage war perfekt, sehr zentral und alles fußläufig zu erreichen, aber auch sehr ruhig und in der Nacht war nichts von der Umgebung zu hören. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls gut.
