Great hotel! Staff were extremely helpful and treated you like royalty. We ended up coming back to Hanoi from Cat Ba early due to a storm and came back to this hotel a second time since they were so friendly and the hotel was such great deal. Tons of food options around the area!

The hotel is located on a lively street in the old quarters, you can walk to many attractions from there. Plenty of food options around, a large market 5 min away on foot. Nice friendly staff, a welcome drink. Breakfast didn’t have many options but was yummy and they make eggs to your order. The room could use some repairs but was spacious and clean, we even had a balcony, which was nice.

We loved staying here. It was a bustling area and everything we needed was in walking distance. We ended up booking tow extra nights. We also booked tours with Chan at the front desk. She was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She elevated our stay and our trip.

Amazing location right in the heart of old town. Exceptional service, especially from Chan who was very helpful for booking transport beyond Hanoi! Our room was awesome too with a sheltered balcony that allowed us to enjoy Hanoi from above, even during the rain!
