A clean and safe property that is in the heart of the Old Quarter. This property is conveniently located near most major attractions and is very quiet despite being in the hustle and bustle of a very congested area. I enjoyed my stay at this property and recommend to anyone visiting the Old Quarter. *Note: during the weekend, the streets around the hotel are closed in the evening due to the Night Market. So, if you need to be dropped off directly at the hotel, please plan to arrive prior to the closures.

We have stayed at Flora Center Hotel and Spa before so we already knew how fantastic it was! The rooms are nice and the staff were great again. They were helpful and responsive when things needed to be fixed which we really appreciated. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others.

If I could give the staff and service more stars I would!! They are definitely the highlight of this hotel. The location of the hotel is great, breakfast was nice and the rooms were always clean. I would highly recommend this hotel and hope to be back.

The hotel is in a great location, right in the middle of the old quarter. It is clean with a very good breakfast at low cost. Most importantly is the staff is friiendly and very helpful with any questions we had

Room 505 is very good.

This night we did updrage and had a huge room - almost an appartment. And because of that, the experience was totally difrent from two days ago. But breakfast is still a minus chapter.

The hotel is really central to the old quarter. The hotel staff were very good and understanding however the place needs refurbishment. Water shower was really slow and temperamental and the furnishings are run down.

Great old town location, great hotel

Very central location in old town, we had Queen suite room with (tiny) balcony but decent sized room with big sofa, very comfortable, aircon a bit noisy, but great short stay in the heart of Hanoi.

So nice that the hotel help us check in earlier and upgrade us to the suite. The room is spacious and the air conditioner is really powerful. Also the breakfast is tasty with various kinds of fruits. This hotel offers a warm experience on my first day in Hanoi.

The staff deserved 10⭐️ they were always attentive and taking care of our needs. We stayed in a double bed room and the size was good. The pressure from the shower was very nice. There is a very popular restaurant next to the hotel.

We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights in the family connecting suite. The rooms were equipped with all the essentials for our stay. We were pleased with the friendliness of staff (especially Jase at reception). Breakfast buffet was a great way to start off each morning. Location is extremely central.

Great location and spacious room

Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, the hotel location was perfect walking distance to all attractions, restaurants and shops. I stayed in the deluxe room which was super spacious and room was clean and tidy everyday. Our bathroom looked a little tired and we had to wait for the hot water after each person showered for 15mins for the boiler which was a little pain after a long day, was informed our room was connected to a old boiler vs other room would not have this problem.

Great location - walking distance to so many popular restaurants, markets, the lake and attractions. Staff and service were amazing! The only thing letting down this property is the mould. Our room had significant water damage and it had been painted over. The paint was peeling from the walls and you can smell the damp mould smell. I suffer from allergies and they flared right up staying here. Probably wouldn’t stay there again, only due to that.

Great hotel for a trip to Hanoi! The location of the accommodation was convenient as it is right in the city center. Furthermore, the rooms were spacious and looked clean overall. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We also booked trips to Sapa, Ha Long Bay and the Ha Giang Loop through the hotel, which were well organised. If you had any questions during these trips that they had arranged, the Flora Center travel desk could be reached quickly when necessary. So after we left Hanoi they still provided us with travel advice and tour options for the rest of Vietnam. So, the hotel and service were excellent and definitely recommended!

This is the second time returning to Vietnam to join my family after 8 years. I didn't expect much from a low budget hotel, but I think this is one of the good value hotels with quality beyond expectations. Located on a centre of old quater, near the walking street, but not blocked on weekends, the street outside is very noisy but inside the hotel at night it is very quiet. Friendly and attentive staff, even calling in the middle of the night to ask for more bottled water is still provided. The room is a bit small, but with such a good room price, it is impossible to have a spacious room in old quater hotel, I understand, but still very clean and comfortable. I don't understand why there are still customers who are not satisfied, for me it's good, highly recommended.

Charming hotel, grear staff

The best thing sbout this hotel was the staff, especially Lincoln, the manager, who helped us make a date change though it was difficult to do. The front desk staff were very conscientious as well. If you need anything, just ask. Liked the breakfast, especially the fruit, yogurt, and a few Vietnamese dishes. The bathroom was not well designed. The toilet paper roll was unreachable from the toilet. The shower was hard to adjust as it was far from the entry and you couldnt adjust the temperature from the outside. Imagine that the water coming out of the faucet is hot and you didn’t know. Your feet would get scalded!
