Great location and amazing staff

Hotel has nice rooms, service and mantains good cleaness. Breakfast is simple, but enough for a quick bite before heading to a meeting point for a tour at 8am. Staff at the lobby is very friendly and helpful during all shifts.

I had a wonderful stay at Hanoi Calido Hotel, and I can't thank the staff enough for their exceptional care and kindness. During my trip, I unfortunately fell ill, and the team went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and supported. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and well-located, but it's the caring and attentive staff that make it truly special. I highly recommend Hanoi Calido Hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi. You'll be in excellent hands.

Good budget option.

Calido Hotel is tucked away on a side street away from the busier streets of Hanoi. I stayed in a Junior Suite 1 King and it was a good size. Each floor only had 4 rooms so it is a quiet hotel. The a/c didn't produce much cool air but there is a floor fan that can help circulate wind around. Breakfast was simple but it's nice to start your day with some pho (I quite like it). If you want to go around the city, Grab app will be abour $1-2 the most. The hotel is litterally a 3 minute walk from train street I can hear the train in the shower! Shout out to the staff they were great!

We stayed 9 days 8 nights in. First:No window in the room.When I booked this hotel they didnt show the information its no window. Second: The room is dirty.The bathroom its dirty. The mirrors super dirty. Third:The breakfest really limited:noodle,eggs,sausage,and panckake.No any fresh juice,no fresh bakery,no cereals,no jam,butter. Fourth:Its only one good thing is to young receptionist girl who speak english and really helpful.Because the other staff not really speak english.If I need to travel again to Hanoi I dont choose this hotel.

Nous avons réservé avec un balcon et une fenêtre et nous avons eu une chambre sans fenêtre. Il voulais rien savoir de nous changer de chambre. De plus tout était mal propre y’a jamais de ménage qui a été fait là c’était horrible. Tout étais humide malheureusement dans cette avis je ne peux pas mettre mes photos. Mais je ne recommande pas cette hôtel aucun services. Lit salle, moisissures, internet pogne pas bien et la propreté j’en parlerais même pas!

初心を思い出しました。

まだ蒸し暑かったのでギリギリセーフでしたがシャワーがお湯にならない、音は出るけどテレビが映らない、洗面所のタオル掛けが壊れてたなど問題点はいくつかありました。 スタッフとの会話は英語でスムーズだったしフレンドリーでとても良かった。設備以外はそこそこ悪くなかったと思います。 ちなみに友人の部屋のテレビは映ったようです。
