i can't say anything about hotel, as I arrived receptionist told me thay doing reconstruction of floor and will transfer me to they other hotel MY MOON. And that is even better and more expensive.So no mail, info about cobstractuons, not asking me if i like to be near railway. check in was fast as they didn't want to let me to wait, but room where i supposed ro be wasn't ready, i came after 2 pm. so I get small one. in that room is wundow to hallway and you see lights every time someone come to hotel. No windows, but deep open space trow all hotel from top to bottom, probably for ventilation. staff is nice amd friendly, breakfast fine, mix of Vietnamese and Continental. clean. ony isolation is not done, so you can hear what ever happen in hallway

Bra hotell i Gamla stan nära nöjescentra

Centralt placerat hotell ett par kvarter in i Gamla stan. Många små lokala restauranger i närheten. Bra frukost. Men man ska kosta på sig ett exekutive rum!

関空からジェットスターで、深夜にハノイの空港に到着しました。 タクシーでは不安だったので、ホテルの送迎をお願いしていたのですが、到着が２時間遅れてしまい、ハノイ到着は深夜２時半頃になってしまいました。 事前にホテルとのメールのやり取りで、空港への深夜の迎え（到着が遅れても待っていて下さいね）と、深夜のチェックインになることの念押しをしていたとは言え、本当に待ってくれているかどうか、とても心配でしたが、ドライバーさんは笑顔で迎えてくれました。 ホテルに着いたのは３時を回っており、着いた時にはホテルは真っ暗でしたが、すぐに明かりが付き、フロントの方が迎えてくれました。 すぐに７階のVIPルーム（３ベッド）に案内してもらいましたが、こちらは４人なので２部屋予約していたにもかかわらず、この部屋１部屋だけだ、と言われ一瞬焦りました。 もう一度予約を確認してもらい５階のファミリールームも取れていることが判明して、無事にチェックインできました。 やはり深夜到着の場合は、ホテルの送迎をお願いしとくべきだと思いました。 事前にホテルのJacksonと何度もメールのやり取りをしていたので、次の日にJacksonから挨拶をしてもらいましたが、初めて会ったような気がしませんでした（笑） Jacksonを含めホテルのスタッフはみんな笑顔で接してくれ、出かける時も帰って来た時も気安く挨拶してくれます。 朝食はどうかな・・・と思っていましたが、思っていた以上に品数もありました。オムレツやスクランブルエッグは注文すれば無料で作ってくれますので、おすすめです。 今回は頼みませんでしたが、たぶんフォーなども大丈夫だと思います。 ホアンキエム湖や週末のナイトバザールもすぐ近くなので、すごく立地がよく、またハノイに来る時は利用したいと思います。

旧市街地に近いアクセス良好なホテル

ハノイの観光スポットや観光客で賑わう旧市街地から徒歩圏内とアクセスの良いホテルです。 値段も手頃な価格ながら、清潔感に溢れた客室、親切な従業員の対応を受けることができました。 １つ残念だったのは、3人での宿泊でありながら、ダブルベッド1つしかなかったことです。

Nice Clean Hotel

The hotel is clean, modern and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is a great way to start the day. The location is perfect. We walked to most places from here. We booked a superior room and were expecting a window however there was not. Overall the hotel was one of the best we have stayed at in South East Asia

rriviamo alle 20.00 e la manager dopo essere stata molto carina e gentile con consigli su hanoi ed escursioni ci comunica che la nostra camera ha un problema elettrico (chiaramente è una scusa) per cui ci trasferiscono a piedi in un albergo poco vicino esattamente il Lucky 2 hotel!Stanza minuscola, piena di umidità, con una finestra sulla scala interna, design antiquato e pesante!usciamo per cena e al ritorno troviamo la stanza mezza allagata dall'acqua che usciva copiosa dal condizionatore, risultato un paio di snikers inzuppate e un cambio di stanza!La mattina torniamo al nostro albergo e una volta saliti troviamo la camera occupata da altri clienti .... a quel punto la manager dell'albergo in difficoltà con le stanze ci dice che avremmo avuto una stanza per quel giorno e l indomani avremmo dovuto cambiare nuovamente!incavolati stavamo andando via nonostante avessimo gia pagato, dunque lei per riprendere la situazione ci propone di stare in una camera family con finestre e cosi abbiamo accettato!Solo adesso abbiamo scoperto che la camera superior in Vietnam è senza finestre!In generale colazione ottima, personale gentile, internet lentissimo, organizzazione scadente, avevamo lasciato due paia di scarpe alla reception per servizio laundry, le hanno dimenticate e ce le hanno consegnate un giorno dopo! sempre la manager ci ha prenotato l escursione per halong bay sbagliando il nome nella ricevuta creandoci nn pochi problemi con l organizzatore!

Hanoi's Old Quarters Hotel!

Right in Hanoi's Old Quarters.... Not a bad area! A couple bugs I had to kill (ants) but besides that not a bad stay in Hanoi! Had the suite with the mini balcony.

전반적으로 나쁘지 않은 호텔이구요 2틀 지냈는데.... 괜찮았습니다 여행자의 거리로 나가는데 위치도 괜찮구요 주변에 음식점들이 많아서 이것 저것 맛보는 것도 좋다고 생각해요

great hotel, dont take their tours.

Hotel was great, they stuck us in the,room below what we payed for(standered when we booked superior) but we had 2 days, and were really tired and the rooms was still quite nice. Breakfast was buffet and remember you can ask for something made free (omlet, fried eggs ect.) however, STAY AWAY FROM THEIR TOURS!!! We payed for the expensive one and got the same as the lower one, food was noodles for,lunch, noodles for dinner and 2 peices of bread for breakfast. Guide was a total ****. If your taking a tour to halong bay/cat ba. Do it yourselfe. We met awesome people and had a great time,but the accomidations and food was terrible, we all went to restaurants instead..

When I came there all rooms were already taken (some problem with the hotels.com-site?) and I had to spend the first night in a nearby hotel, or the standard was more like a hostel, not at all what I had booked. If it wouldn't have been a reduced price I booked I would have been very frustrated. The service was excellent, the personnel handled this in the best way possible.

너무 실망한 호텔

가족여행을 위해 비수기에 호텔스닷컴을 통해 저렴하게 예약했습니다 나짱을 가기 위한 경유지 숙박으로 오고가며 이틀을 묶었는데 온갖 구실을 붙여 추가요금을 내라고 하더군요 호텔 예약 바우쳐를 보여주기를 반복해야 했습니다 나짱에서 오는 날은 아무런 통보없이 작은방 두개를 내어주더군요 이해하기로하고 방으로 들어가 침대에 걸쳐앉으니 침대가 퍽하며 한쪽으로 주저앉더군요 첫날 숙박하며 팁도 10달러주고 픽업서비스도 생각해서 신청해주었더니 참 해도 너무한다는 생각이 들더군요 여행을 떠나기전 이와 유사한 후기를 보고 반신반의 했는데 똑같은 상황을 경험하고야 말았네요 호여 저와같은 낭패를 보실까봐 망설이다 후기를 남깁니다 저의 후기에는 조금의 거짓도 없음을 다시 한번 밝힙니다

Gestion calamiteuse

Nous avions réservé une nuit en début d'année dans cet hôtel avec mon amie. Mais à notre arrivée, on nous annonce que l'hôtel est complet! Finalement on est relogés dans un autre hôtel, soi-disant de même standing, sauf qu'il était en travaux lors de notre venue. La responsable nous avait assuré qu'évidemment nous ne paierions pas la chambre réservée dans son hôtel mais non occupée. Sauf que deux jours plus tard, mon compte a bien été débité! Je suis donc retourné la voir à Hanoi pour m'expliquer et demander le remboursement. Une gestion calamiteuse et une perte de temps pendant nos vacances. Je déconseille cet établissement.
