空港から歩いてすぐと書いてあったが、徒歩20分はかかった。荷物があるため、絶対にタクシー使う事をおすすめします。オーナーはとても親切でフレンドリーな方でした。

深夜に到着し翌朝早く出発だったのでホテル名からここを選択。空港直結ではなくタクシーでの移動が必要。安価なのでシャワーとベッドがあれば良いという方には良いと思う。

ホテルのスタッフの方々はみんな親切でした。 こちらの質問や要望にできるだけ丁寧に応えて頂きました。 ありがとうございました。 ただ、空港に迎えに来て頂いたのですが、 ノイバイ空港のタクシー乗り場は車が多過ぎるので、 カーナンバーを事前にメールで知らせて頂いたり、 プラカードを出して来ていただけると、 良かったと思います。 空港からホテルまで自分は歩いてはいませんが、 歩くとおそらく20分ぐらいの距離だと思います。 ホテルの部屋はきれいで、トイレもありますし、 温かいシャワーも出ました。 両替も対応して頂き本当に助かりました。 ツアーの申し込み対応もしてくれますが、 申し込む方は前日までには、申し込んだ方がいいです。 また利用したいと思います。

This hotel does not have a front desk staff. A part-time local worker was answering the hotel. The part-time answering only understood the local language and it took a long time to check in.

空港から徒歩15~20分ほどの場所に位置していますが、周囲には何もないです。トイレ、シャワーの清潔感はありません。部屋自体は整理されているので、寝る分には十分です。

周りに何もなくて暗いと怖いが、スタッフは親切、ベットは大きい、お湯も出る、水もついてるし買える、値段の割にきれいで言えば有料で送迎もある。良かった。

空港に近い、アクセスのいいホテル
空港から徒歩でも行ける場所にあるホテルでした。一つ問題としては、ホテルの所在地はここに書かれている住所ではないので気をつけてください。 Sân bay, Cầu Đen, Sóc Sơn, Hà Nội ここがホテルの住所です。

The owner was very polite and helpful , stayed up for me, room was large, great hot water, . would be nice to have a coffee available , maybe for purchase even, for early am departures. There is NO elevator, so could only take the small bag upstairs, worked out for me, but for others maybe will mean opening suitcase and repacking. The owner herself drove me to the airport as part of transport, very kind . For the price, and proximity to the airport, very good value and idea. I liked my stay

Few issues….Very weak WiFi. Had to stop and start several times - start with weak signal then next to nothing few minutes later. Asked for a taxi the night before for 5:30am next morning and the front desk insisted I prepay. Next morning the taxi was late 10 minutes then she kept saying 5 min more etc. Taxi arrived 20 min late. Felt like she knew it would be late but not being honest.

I got to wait for more than 30 minutes to check in and check out since there was no receptionist apart from that it’s ok for the price.

Perfect place for pre airport chill out
Perfect place to relax and base yourself before the airport. They do nice food downstairs, the owner will give you a lift to the airport at whatever time for a really good rate. Had a good night sleep beforehand. Couldn’t get TV to work but not an issue and sure they would’ve sorted it if we asked! Lovely staff and perfect for a good sleep before the airport - would use again.

침구는 매우 눅눅하고 냄새가 나서 이불을 딉지 않고 잠을 자다가 너무 추워서 새벽에 깨서 겨울 점퍼를 꺼내입었다. 화장실 상태도 아주 설명하기 힘들다. 새벽에 도착해서 공항근처에 위치한 가격이 저렴한 호텔이라지만 다음 여행에 큰 지장을 줄수 있으니 심각하게 좀더 돈을 쓰고 깨끗한 숙소를 정하는것이 좋을것이다. 이곳은 가족이 트랜짓으로 정하기에는 매우 부적합하다.

Slightly remote area, however it was safe and the owner was very friendly and accommodating! We stayed close to the airport for a mid morning flight! Water was hot, room was clean and the breakfast scrumptious!

Bien por su ubicacion ya que esta a escasos minutos del aeropuerto de Hanoi. Pero es lo único bueno que tiene. Habiamos reservado una habitacion con camas separadas y nos dieron una sola cama. Nos cambiaron a la habitacion que habiamos reservado y no salia agua caliente, ademas la habitación estaba muy fria por lo que estabamos congelados. Resulta que el termo estaba apagado, tuvimos que escalar por la pared ya que estaba prácticamente en el techo para poder encenderlo. Aun asi tardó mucho en llegar el agua caliente y pude darme una ducha de 2 min ya que comenzaba a salir fria de nuevo. Es algo que en recepción nos tendrian que haber explicado, o encender el termo antes de que los huespedes lleguen!!

Great hotel close to airport!
My husband and I arrived 3am in the morning and wanted a hotel close to the airport to sleep and then wake up fresh to explore Hanoi. This hotel was absolutely perfect for it. We also had the pleasure of getting picked up by the hotel owner the drive the 5 minutes to the hotel. Nice beds and great price. We were also treated a really nice scrambled egg sandwich for breakfast and then offered a taxi into central cheaper then Grab. Amazing family hotel and really recommend!

We had an unscheduled overnight stay so we wanted to be close to the airport. The staff were excellent and arranged pick up and drop off at the airport. It’s a small and unassuming property but was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. I recommend this property.
