Property manager provided excellent help during check in and check out. He went out of the way to call taxis whenever we were not able to get the Grab taxis. Not only that, he also drove us to the airport when our grab car cancelled and we were getting late for the flight. It was a delightful stay.

Excellent service during check-in and checkout. The property manager went out of the way to arrange taxis for us when we were finding it difficult to get app rides. Not only that, he even volunteered to drive us to the airport, which was five minutes away when our app ride canceled at the last moment and we were getting late for the flight. He insured a delightful stay for us in every possible way.

Five minutes from the airport and the concierge provides on site transport around the area. I loved this hotel and my room. It was immaculate. The most comfortable bed, very clean and spacious bathroom, with a street side view. Ask for Quan if you need anything! His English is perfect.

Be more selective

Expensive for what it was. The bathroom door wouldn’t shut. The shower fitting was not attached to the wall and the shower attachment wasn’t attached to anything. It had string tied to it but nothing to attach the string to, so we had to hold the shower head in one hand whilst showering. The beds were so uncomfortable, a bit like sleeping in a ploughed field, I think the springs were coming through, it was so lumpy. We all had back ache for the next 2 days. We were told we could only leave the hotel from the second floor for some reason though we entered at ground floor level. The accommodation in all of our chosen hotels until this point has been excellent. It was our last day in Vietnam, a lovely country with lovely people but sadly this could be our lasting memory of Vietnam. I hope not. I chose this hotel as we had an early morning flight and didn’t want to risk traffic jams.

トランジットのために利用しました。 空港から歩ける距離ではありません。 宿のピックアップサービスは有料ですが、ありました。 宿の周りはローカルなエリアで朝散歩したのですが、通り沿いは車の通りが多かったり、裏道に入ったら野犬がいたりちょっと危ないかもしれませんが、泊まって翌日のフライトのためというのであれば良いのではと思います

安い！空港の近くのホテルの中では綺麗な方！

まず、安いです。値段の割に、ベットも部屋もしっかりしてます。エアコンもあるし、冷蔵庫もある。 シャワーが弱いですが、そこは我慢しましょう。 空港からは直線距離的には徒歩圏内ですが、大きな道路を挟むので徒歩だと時間がかかると思います。 pick upサービスを使うか、タクシーを使うことをお勧めします。 おそらくバイト中ですが、スタッフに可愛らしい子がいました。笑 また、皆んな愛想も良かった。

ハノイからホーチミンに日帰り出張があり、翌朝便で帰国しなければならなかったため空港近くのホテルを探したとき、評価が高かったので利用してみた。22:30頃ノイバイ空港に着きタクシーを拾おうとしたが近すぎて行ってくれない(ぼられる)。歩いて行くにはしんどい。結局ホテルに電話して迎えに来てもらった。翌朝も国際線ターミナルまで送ってもらえた。安いのに部屋も広くスタッフも親切で良かった。 送迎を頼む場合は事前に連絡しておくと良いだろう。

いたって普通のリーズナブルなホテルです。壁がちょっと剥がれていたり、シャワーの出がいまいちだったりするのは、アジアではこんなものかな、と。 依頼すれば車を用意してくれますが有料。空港まで（２名で）１２０，０００ドンはメータータクシーよりだいぶ高かったですが、この辺を空車が流しているわけではないので仕方ないかな（メータータクシーを呼んでもらえるのかは試してませんが）。旧市街まで３５０，０００ドンだったのはメータータクシーと変わりませんでした。 建物のクオリティは普通でも、スタッフが家族的で気遣いしてくださったのが心地よかったです。 ちなみに、もともとは「グリーンホテル」と言っていたようで、建物上のネオンサインはチョーホテルではありませんでした。

翌朝のフライトが早い場合、ゆっくり眠るにはオススメのホテル。時間に関わらず朝食を用意していただけたのはありがたかった。コ・ス・パかなり良し。第1ターミナルから07番のバスで行ったがTAXIの方がスムーズ。

This is a great affordable place to stay which is close to the airport only 1 mile away. We contacted the hotel and they sent a shuttle for us because the cab drivers all wanted $20 to go 1 mile! In the morning they also cooked us a homemade breakfast which was excellent! Highly recommended!

Great airporthotel

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Clean room and really big. Breakfeast simple and good. Close to airport charge 5 dollars for a ride, ok, but we walked took 20minutes which was ok. Would stay there again if needed

Convenient place. Hassle free.

Convenient place if you need to get to or from the airport. Ot is quiet at night and the usual Vietnamese noise in the morning. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was good. The room was clean and the shower was really good. The air conditioning dis not work but this was not an issue as it was a fresh night. Housekeeping will wake you up in the morning with their noise. They shout in the corridors and play very loud music, even if they are not doing your room.

Perfect hotel to stay in for an early flight to the airport. Has restaurants next door and breakfast is included. It’s quiet and you can get a shuttle to the airport for $5 Really recommend this place!

The Chio hotel is very close to the Hanoi airport and an excellent place to sleep after a long flight. The staff are very friendly and helpful, including with transfer service from the airport. It is very quiet, and the breakfast is great.
