Not for allergic people

As I am allergic to dogs and cats and also cannot have feathers in pillows and duvet and informed hotels.com about this. Other hotels receive this information without any problem but not this one. They did put dogs in all the rooms and did not save any rooms for allergic people and we had to sleep without pillows and duvets because they could not arrange any without feathers. The breakfast was included. We will of course never stay here again.

Missing hot water at the bath

No hot water in the Morning - ongoing rebuilding in the Hotel using the person lift - not a nice atmosphere at the breakfast

Frühstück wurde zwei mal in die Rechnung für 4 Tage gestellt. Also knapp 100 Euro zu viel bezahlt. Wer seine Gäste verarscht, der bekommt kein Stern von mir. In Zukunft benötige ich den Service nicht. Nicht einmal der Manager hat sich gemeldet.

Preis-Leistung passt nicht!

Leider war aus Personalmangel alles etwas unkoordiniert und teilweise nicht freundlich. Einzig eine Dame die zuerst im Restaurant war und danach an der Bar, hat noch einen positiven Eindruck hinterlassen, wurde aber von der Rezeption noch als die „Schuldige“ dargestellt. Im Bad dann Haare an der Wand und auf der WC-Brille. Irgendeine braune Flüssigkeit klebte im Regal. Vielleicht dort auch Personalmangel. Um 20h wurden wir im Restaurant gefragt, was wir wollen. Unsere Antwort: gerne Abendessen. Darauf bekamen wir wiederum zur Antwort: „ich schau mal, ob der Koch noch was macht“ Mein Zimmer war schon etwas „abgerockt“ Das Bett war sehr bequem und hatte gute Kissen Für €130,-/Nacht erwarte ich keinen Palast, jedoch Sauberkeit und Freundlichkeit

Zimmer war bereits veraltet, mehr Flecken auf dem Teppichboden als ursprüngliche Farbe. Hotel ist etwas sehr weit weg vom Zentrum, das mit der Tram in etwa 20 Minuten erreicht werden kann. Der Frühstücksraum ist ebenfalls etwas zu klein.

Dårlig motorcykel parkering

Vi havde udelukkende valgt hotellet på grund af kælder til motorcykel , den var lukket . Motorcykel måtte holde ude .. problemer med at få betalt i restaurant , da restaurant og hotel er to forskellige pengekasser .. personale kunne ikke engang finde ud af at lave kaffe … ikke 4 stjerner , måske 2 stjerner

Gute Lage, einige Verbesserungspotentiale

Check in hat etwas länger dauert als üblich. Wasserabfluss in der Badewanne war defekt. Ich habe es reklamiert, aber es wurde nicht repariert. Am nächsten Tag existierte das Problem immer noch. Kosten für Frühstück und Parken sind zu teuer für das was angeboten wird.

Frukosten var ikke noe og skryte av,mye støy på dem så ryddet av og på . Ønsket ikke å fyll på manglende ting som juice, syltetøy vi spurte ca 2-3 ganger om syltetøy dem sa ja,men overså deg når dem kom ut. Tok dette opp i resepsjonen dem var likegyldig til det du tok opp. Ellers greit og ok rom Sov en natt/gjennomreise.
