Great hotel with safe bicycle storage

Great hotel close to restaurants. Very friendly owner who couldn’t do enough for us. We are from Australia and very grateful for the warm welcome and able to safely store our bicycles. The room was comfortable and quiet and had a great sleep. Highly recommend!

Everything was ok. Quick check-in. Free parking, internet. Clean and comfortable. The only drawback but it is related to the weather is the high temperature in the room. The reception was supposed to be open 24 hours however it was unoccupied before 8pm. The room was infested with ants and there were not enough towels or toilet paper. The website photos did not reflect the state and condition of the hotel. We did not receive a pass card to leave the property so we could not leave before checkout.

Faulty towers

Nicke rooms but a bit cold. You had to put on the heater yourself. No shower gel in the shower. Dining room was cold. The breakfast was cold. The staff were ok but one was sour. No dinner at evening. No bar open. No pool in sight as they wrote. The hotel was dark at arrival. No one at the reception. We had to call to get in. I would not recommend this hotel.

Misleading Description and Run-Down Hotel

The hotel may have been charming in the past, but today it is clearly neglected. The grounds are full of trash, and the overgrown bushes and grass make the entrance hard to find. The Hotels.com listing claims the property has both an indoor and outdoor pool, but that is simply not true. On a very hot day after hours in the car, we were extremely disappointed to learn there was no pool at all – and we were not the only ones misled. The hotel also promotes a whiskey bar with opening hours displayed prominently at the entrance, yet it is permanently closed. When we raised these issues at check-in, we were told that the pool never existed and that the bar is shut. It’s hard to understand why they continue to advertise facilities that are unavailable. Unfortunately, this was our first and last stay at this hotel.

Fürchterliches Entree. Mit Machete ist der Eingang auffindbar. Völlig abgewohnt. Fenster fallen auseinander. Fernseher aus dem letzten Jahrtausend. Bäder unmodern und ohne Lüftung. Haare überall. Türen haben geklemmt. Stromausfall in einem Zimmer. Frühstück war fürchterlich und definitiv keine 14€ pro Person wert.

Parken war eine Katastrophe, da viele Fahrzeuge Kreuz und Quer geparkt haben, selbst Feuerwehraufstellflächen und Behindertenparkplätze wurden zugeparkt. Den Angestellten hat dies, trotz Hinweis nicht interessiert. Sämtliche Papiere *ALLER* Gäste die noch einchecken werden lagen offfen einsehbar auf dem Tresen (Datenschutz gleich Null). Angestellter hinter dem Empfang hatte sein Video im Handy so laut, das so gut wie keine Kommunikation möglich war. Rauchmelder im Zimmer *LAG* ohne Funktion im Bad auf dem Waschtisch. Scheibe der Balkontür gebrochen und wurde mit "Aufkleber" zusammen gehalten. Außenanlagen, Eingangsbereich, Flure, Zimmer, Bad dreckig. Südländische, sehr laute Hochzeit im Hotel. Das Hotel, bzw. das Personal suggeriert, das der Gast "Scheiß egal" ist, Haupsache das Geld wird eingenommen.
