Great Hotel, Room was clean and new, the stuff were very helpful and have a great service!!! Except that the rooms don't have air-conditioning, everything was amazing! Highly recommended

Wonderful Hotel great stuff

Hotel location is very comfortable just next to the highway, it is New, Clean and very good service! The hotel doesn't have air-conditioning, which on our first night was a problem since it was super Hot. But the stuff did everything they could to make us feel more comfortable (brought a fan) and the facilities except that were Great!

Ein absolut empfehlenswertes Hotel, wenn man einige Tage in Burgdorf und Umgebung verbringen möchte. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und zugewandt, das Zimmer war in top-Zustand, ruhige Lage (trotz Industriegebiet), am Buffet wurde auf Anfrage alles gern und sofort nachgelegt, die Auswahl war bestens, so dass ich dieses Hotel für Dienstreisen oder Kurzaufenthalte wirklich nur empfehlen kann. Das Beste war natürlich die Sauna, die auf Anfrage angeheizt wird und ideal zum Entspannen am Abend ist. Danke!

Modernes und schönes Design. Tolles ambiente. Gute Isolierung zu nachbar Zimmern, lediglich die Tür zum Flur könnte schalldichter sein. Toller Check-in Automat. Parkplätze sind vorhanden, die Umgebung ist ruhig und man fühlt sich sicher. In der Dusche leider keine Ablage für Seife/ Schampoo. Zu wenig Ablagemöglichkeit für die Drogerieprodukte am Waschbecken. Mehr Möglichkeiten zum aufhängen von Handtüchern/ Kleidung im Bad wäre vom Vorteil. Zimmer ansonsten sauber und von der Ausstattung ausreichend. Die Einzelbetten leider etwas zu schmal, obwohl wir schlanke Personen sind, sind wir bei jeder Drehung wach geworden. Da es sich anfühlte, als würde man gleich runterfallen. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt auf jeden Fall eine gute Wahl.

Keine Rezeption am Wochenende nach 15Uhr, mit der Notfallnummer wurde unsere Anliegen betreffend des Fernsehers ( welchen wir leider nicht anschalten konnten) leider nicht behoben und wir wurden auch darauf aufmerksam gemacht, dass dies kein Notfall sei. Frühstück nicht kurzfristig stornierbar, insgesamt etwas unflexible

Das Haus ist wunderschön. Hervorheben möchte ich den blonden Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, er macht seine Sache wirklich super im Gegensatz zu den anderen. Das Buchungs- und Bezahlsystem wird leider von den anderen eher wenig beherrscht. Habe allein 20 Minuten gebraucht, damit ich mein Zimmer korrekt abgerechnet bekommen habe. Ein Tag wurde meine Zimmerreinigung mal komplett vergessen, am nächsten Tag dafür mein Mikrofaserlappen mitgenommen. Da er unauffindbar war, habe ich einen neuen bekommen.Danke dafür. Am ersten Abend wollten wir an der Bar noch was trinken, die neue Mitarbeiterin musste erstmal alles zusammensuchen, hat sie aber super gemacht und wir haben auch bekommen, was wir bestellt haben. Wir hatten diverse Zimmer gebucht, leider sind wir in eins nicht mehr rein gekommen, da die Mitarbeiterin wohl erfolglos versucht hatte, die Batterie an der Tür auszutauschen und die Karte danach nicht mehr funktionierte. Es war 2.30 Uhr nachts und leider hat sie auch die Notrufnummer nicht gehört. Wollte uns am nächsten Tag mit einem kostenlosen Frühstück abspeisen. Das geht einfach gar nicht. Nach Korrespondenz mit dem Management kam immerhin die Erstattung für das EZ und drei Frühstücke. Das hätte man kompetenter vor Ort direkt regeln müssen! Als ich aufgrund der fehlenden Nachtruhe nur die zwei Frühstücke nicht zahlen wollte, drohte mir die Mitarbeiterin, die Polizei zu rufen. Ganz ehrlich....mit so viel Inkompetenz und wenig Serviceorientierung könnte ich nicht arbeiten.

Mon sejour a été annulé sans nous informer, piur donner notre reservation a un aitre client, nous avons fait la reservation de l'aéroport de dusseldorf, le temps darriver a lhotel a 22h30 nous navons plus de resa. Difficilement il nous ont loger pour une seule nuit.
